😊😊Hello. as a Classic car owner already....after spending Five Years. restoring it Nut and Bolt. and many many hours and days.. it was a Labour of Love.. not gain. it was a Joy when it Started and Drove it out.... so when someone like me, is keen to find another Project.. for the same reason.. we see all these features showing these finds... where are they. so we can buy them for restoration..rather they just lay there and rot.. what a waste...
The old hidden tractor was a massey fergison, te20. Lovely old machines. I belive they were the first tractors to have the 3 point linkage system for the farm implements.
When I was a kid in the 80’s My dad had this weird lada with round headlights, not sure what type but I didn’t see any of these lada’s around. it had a Mira fiori engine in it. A lot of his cars had different engines dropped in them
2.3 diesel sierra is super rare, even rarer with the period aftermarket 'sierra' lens cover thingy on the rear. Green mk2 escort is in great shape aswell. Awesome video
Finding these old car sites in the middle of nowhere is so exciting to watch. You don't know what you're going to find, and I'm on the edge of my seat while watching. I'm pleased for you to discover unexpected vehicles out there. One car that sticks out to me is that Standard 10, so unbelievably incredible to see one of those, after all the time since they were rolled off the production line. Keep your car search up, and thank you for going to the trouble with your lady, to give us all great watching. Keep well and safe from brambles and nettles!
The MkII Escort last had a V5 change in 1999 but has been declared SORN so someone has had to have done that since 2005 (it had to be done annually up until then, it now stays until it's either sold, taxed or an address change). Looks incredibly clean considering it's been off the road since then!
Oh this was absolutely fabulous ❤ Every time I see cars from this era I hope for a Mk1 Fiesta, but knowing how much rust work I was doing to keep mine on the road I'm not surprised they don't survive 😔 Really fantastic video 😊
Hi Colin another great video with added jungle explore lol! Real shame about some of those cars they could have been restored a while back. I think you need to hang up your shorts those nettles must really hurt. Great commentary as usual Colin with added horse whispering very impressive. Look forward to next weeks. Take care.😀
The old Massey Ferguson excavator looks like she would run, with a bit of tinkering. The mini van would have been worth worth saving to restore. These are pretty rare now and can fetch good money.I’m sure I saw an old Standard 8 or 10 sitting there too. This was fascinating.
The Sierra 2.3D C696YEH, these have a 5 digit odo so my guess that mileage 45k would more likely be 145k. Otherwise a real shame. Another fab video Colin.
Great vid as always and would be awesome if you went back in winter in a few months when the nettles and overgrowth have died back to get a better look at whats actually there . The Escort is the most saddening as its very very salvageable and frustrating why someome would just leave them to rot BUT when they bought them they were most likely cheap runaround cars or even cars that needed work .
Saturday nights are Bearded Explorer nights. Another fantastic video Colin. Have you ever done a meet and greet or talk? If you did I would love to come along. Thanks as ever!
That's Stephanie and Mark 4 Ford Escort I had one well actually I had 3 of them makes you want to cry really the reason I say that is because these vehicles can be restored by someone who knows what they're doing and be back on the market and back on the road I mean for goodness sakes you could even convert them into electric vehicles
The mk3 escort you thought, is actually a mk4, you can tell by the door locks, the guy mainly had diesel cars so he was into diesels rather than collecting them just to store stuff in as diesel cars cost a premium in the 90’s
Poor old cars, what a big waste. Beautiful horses. Didnt look like the cows were too bothered about you being there. Wear pants Colin, less ouchy from those darn stingy nettles. Pity.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yep the location will get out, and parts will be stolen and the cars will be vandalised, as a few other locations have been the the past, because “locations aren’t shared”
There is just one thing that spoils your videos, they are just too short! One day you will not wear shorts when climbing over nettles!! Great find and very entertaining!!!

That MK1 Escort was actually a MK2.
Yes I know how silly of me!! 🙈😂😂
@@TheBeardedExplorer Being in the company of a lovely lady turned your brain to mush 😂
Love your videos. New subscriber. Keep them coming.
Wow what a special find. The old sierra is pretty special and the mk2 escort. Brilliant explore Collin x
Crying shame that so many vehicles have been left to rot, cannot get enough of watching these videos

I think the fiat is a 131 super mirafiori. A great car in its day (late 70's) but they did rust badly.
My dad had one in white, was lovely till the floor rotted through, lovely twin cam engines in those

Well done on this find, some great vehicles there and the Escort was a fair condition, lovely to see the horses as well!
You truly have a love for old abandoned cars. All I could think about was all the snakes hiding in the cars and overgrowth. Yikes 😬🐍
@edwinthompson6510 we have Adders which are far and few between.
The MK1 Escort is a MK2 and the Standard Ten was an Austin A35

Hope you are ok and didn’t get stung too much, nature amazing me how much it can take over, great video. Colin
Absolutely fascinating. Superb video. Thank you.
T REG ESCORT was a MK 2,,,sad to see them rotting way GO BACK IN THE WINTER
Hi Colin & Ashley. Hope your doing good.
That was an amazing video. That was cool seeing that Ford Sierra diesel.
Another Amazing explore! I love a vehicle graveyard 🥰
Hi Colin great video I love the car videos I really do I watch this I watched this Sunday the 16th of September 23

the fiat 2 litre twinky might have been a fiat 132,i had one ,lovely car it was, rare rare now
Great video Colin as always try wearing trousers in the future haha take care my friend all the best Tony and Helen❤❤
Those minis and the mk2 escort would be savable for sure! And maybe the mk1 depending on what model/age it is
Obviously I mean the mk1 golf🤦♂️😂
What an amazing video , I enjoyed watching this so much 👍
Need to go back in the winter when there's less foliage
Nice find Colin next time bring a big stick to help flatten those nettles 😎👍
Great video! After getting stung so many times in shorts I had to give in and wear jeans on our explores. 😂
Loved this! Some great classic cars 😊👍
Some gems there and a mk2 escort
Fabulous fine . You’re so good at what you do .
The blue 2cv and the red mini are my fav. on that lot.

Amazing. You need to carry a little handheld scythe

True classic cars 🚗♥️

To think they'd have been someone's pride and joy. Collected from the dealership, possibly with a bouquet for her.
It’s shameful seeing these cars that could of been saved.
16:10 - Fiat 131 Mirafiori
Escort MK 1 is actually MK2
Great explore colin
What Saturday evenings are for
@10.30, Austin A35
Escort worth saving
Have you thought about taking a small drone with you on these adventures?
You need to start bringing a petrol strimmer 😂
I had an RS Turbo Combi too 😄
Did you add a magic fairy flying past the Land Rover at the start of the video 😮
Yes I had the two door estate on 😅
Poor old cars, what a big waste. Beautiful horses. Didnt look like the cows were too bothered about you being there. Wear pants Colin, less ouchy from those darn stingy nettles. Pity.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great find colin its a shame you couldn't get closer to the cars. I need this location 😊.
No, because the location will get out and, the vin plates and parts will be stolen and vandalised
@@connerhuetson3581 that mk2 will be gone soon no doubt about it
i wish these places could talk know the wheres and whys
i think the blue car that you thought was a mk1 golf could be a mk1 cortina
Another great upload, Colin. Some classic Models here: they should be locked away in someone's Garage/Lock-Up, not rotting away as they are. So sad.
They are beyond being stored in any kind of unit
At 18:59 is that a person looking through the hedge.
The minis 😮
Colin loves horses, doesn't trust cows. ☺️ Is that a Cabbage Patch doll?
Possibly, though it now more closely resembles a Garbage Pail Kid.
@@MBeeching ☺️😂
mk2 escort
Sierra XR4 for me, always loved that shape. What a shame they are all left to rot like that, I bet they are all still there in 20 years?😢
someone was definitley living there
Hi I,m from South Africa . How can people leave cars like that to rust away , need to be saved .😢😢😢❤❤
Anymore info pics on the fiat
Yep the location will get out, and parts will be stolen and the cars will be vandalised, as a few other locations have been the the past, because “locations aren’t shared”
I love mark 2s.
Do you know if the land is owned by anyone...? awesome video fella 😉
Forget the Escorts... that Fiat 131 needs saving!
I don’t suppose you know the owner of the land? Ild be interested to make a offer on the escort. Thanks
Where to are you finding these
Hi it was a mk two ford Escort saloon
That 2.3 diesel Sierra is rare as rockin horse poop. Not saying it’s desirable but it’s defo rare
The cars need to be saved , the people do not care what they got about cars , if you look at the trees .😢😢😢😢😢
MK2 Escort
Yes I know how stupid of me hahah
Don’t wanna go traipsing through knotweed that stuff can be carried on clothing etc and spreads like wildfire
Why do you not use a branch or something to beat the nettles down better than getting stung
Abandoned cars like this, is there anything that can be done get them? Are they just natures now..
Why don't you get a big stick or a branch from the hedge.
What I'd do to have one of those MK2 Escorts....
That fiat is rare , haven't seen one in presavation ,them two escorts especially the estate needs to be rescued
The Sierra had pug 505 diesel fitted,
You need to ask mummy to buy you some big boy trousers 👖 😂
the green one
At the intro, it's a MK2 Escort, not Mk1.
That Escort 😪😪
might be worth while investing in a drone to see the hidden cars from the top
Dude take a broom with you to make pathways , or just wear trousers 😂
that's a mark 2 escort
A lot of British left abandon in uk
The Fiat was/is a 131 Superbrava MK1 1982ish
Supermirifiori actually
@@markevans2280 here in Australia it was a Superbrava MkI...my first car...
Absolutely brilliant Colin. Can’t you go back with a chainsaw? Fantastic find
There is just one thing that spoils your videos, they are just too short! One day you will not wear shorts when climbing over nettles!! Great find and very entertaining!!!
What are the laws about these abandoned cars ? Can people just take them if they are left for decades ?
Colin mk2 escort not mk1
Standard 10 is an Austin A30/35 really must brush up on your car knowledge when doing so many car find video's
Damn shame 😢
In shorts in such terrain🤦
Colin, you need to start taking a machete with you.
They actually don’t look that bad ngl
