"TOP" and "SLUMP" were made to be the OSTs of the anime "Tower Of God" (Kami No Tou). TOP served as the opening (OP) of the anime while SLUMP was the ending (which is why it says "ED" on 30:30). The anime is the animated adaptation of the story, which was originally a Manhwa (korean comics) which gained a large following from the Webtoon platform. Both of the songs were released as singles prior to the release of this album 💕
I actually love Pacemaker (God's Menu is absolutely amazing and I really like TOP too). I adore Stray Kids' music, but this album seems to need to grow on me a bit... or maybe nothing could ever top Miroh album to me hahaha - that seriously raised the bar XD But yeah, I like all the songs, I'm just super picky now.

I just found out about ur channel and seeing u react to all my favorite groups makes me really happy🥰 this album is disgustingly gorgeous and totally goes to my 2020 albums' top. i agree with u that their vocals just shine differently in this album especially seungmin's, lee know's and in's. also, han jisung is totally serving both his vocal and rap skills here. my faves are slump, airplane, phobia and haven *0* ta means "burn" in korean and in the song's meaning it's more like let's burn all our worries away and go higher together in "haven" the high note that u mentioned is indeed han's and the "uhuhuuuuuu" vocals in the background towards the end of a song are bang chan's top and slump are opening and ending soundtracks for the anime television of korean digital webtoon/comics/ "the tower of god", which has been basically the most popular comics in korea for a long time, so it's a really great honor for them to be picked as artists to make these songs. Go Live~ Listening to this song I feel like it has kind of trap or hip hop vibes. I imagine that the stage for this song will be very powerful and explosive. And as a predominantly hard stan that loves a soft concept every now and then, I know I WILL enjoy it. The lyrics are kind of interesting because it talks about going at your own pace but then later on in the rap they say your moving too slow? Might have to look at these lyrics again to confirm lol. Honorable mentions in this song are Jisung and Minho. Jisung's rap hits different hakghrilgaer I love his flow and the tone of his voice so much! My favorite part of Minho's is when he said "I go I know, you know, lee know." Had me laughing for like 10 min straight. 2. God's Menu~ Listening to this song I thought it was very fitting for it to be the title track! I loved how explosive the song is right from the start and it gives me a lot of energy when I listen to it. The siren or screech sound thing in the background sounds REALLY cool. Also random point but I liked how the tempo slowed up a little during Chan's part then picked back up. Honorable mentions in this song are Changbin and Felix. I really just enjoyed both of their parts the most and I think it's fitting that Changbin starts and ends the song. 3. Easy~ Listening to this made me think of Halloween for some reason?? The beat is really cool with the high pitched sounds or beats mixed with the low bass or whatever it's called (sorry I don't know any proper terms lol). The chorus was so catchy and I already have this song stuck in my head. The beat was very chill yet energetic a whole bop. The mini instrumental part towards the end was cool and I imagine a dance break during that part. Honorable mention goes to Felix. Let me tell you i GASPED when he said "Lets screw it and have fun without your mom knowing." I was like okay Felix on my way over. 4. Pacemaker~ Tell me why when I saw the title of this song I thought of those things people have to help their hearts beat normally... Anyways on the very first listen I was a huge fan of it. I liked the beat, however I just wasn't wowed by it. BUT THEN, i watched a lyric video and gave it a couple more listens and now I'm obsessed with it lol. I loved how in the lyrics they were basically saying that they are always here for you and won't leave your side it was heartwarming. 5. Airplane~ Listening to this song automatically puts me in a positive mood, good vibes only type thing. The beat felt like really chill but the raps made it feel energetic. The chorus is so catchyyy another song stuck in my head haha. I liked how fun the lyrics were about wanting to travel with a girl hehe. That "we are we are" part slaps periodt, no tampon. Honorable mentions are all the rappers, Felix, and Seungmin. I just really think the rappers popped of on this song. Felix just kills me with his voice it's literally disrespectful and my heart can't handle. Seungmin's voice really stood out to me in this song as well. His voice is so smooth and soothing it makes me feel warm inside! 6. Another Day~ Listening to this I loved the really chill laid back vibes. It's a sound I can relax and study to. This song also oddly makes me want to sit at a cafe with someone I love drinking warm coffee. To me, the lyrics are the best part about this song. I can relate so much to the emotions of feeling like just another day has gone by. The day is boring yet stressful and there are so many worries but no motivation. Also felt like this song went by so fast I wish it was longer :frowning: The rapping and semi talking parts hit different. Honorable mention goes to Seungmin. I personally feel like the vibe of this song fit him the best and he captured most of my attention with his amazing vocals! 7. Phobia~ Fun fact but I lowkey have phobia of birds. They scare me to death. Anyways the beginning instrumentals of the song reminded me of some sort of video game?? Once again another addicting chorus that will definitely get stuck in my head. The high notes and adlibs in the background were TASTY. I also really enjoyed the mini back and forth thing between Hyunjin and Felix. Honorable mention goes to my baby Jisung. I literally died with how he started off the song I love him. 8. Blueprint~ Listening to this song I definitely felt like it was a completely different vibe then what I'm usually used to hearing from Stray Kids... but it isn't a bad thing at all! This song gave me a feel good vibe. it's something I would take a chill bike ride or walk outside listening to lol. 9. TA~ Listening to this I felt like I should be running through a jungle on some type of mission lmao. Like I need to swing on some vines and explore the wild. the "BRRRRAHH" part makes me giggle a little hehe. At each brief little pause in the song I kept thinking it was over and then got surprised when it started back up again. Honorable mention goes to the rappers once again. I really enjoyed them in this song and they have taken a lot of my attention in a lot of the songs on this album in general. 10. Haven~ The beat sounds kind of familiar and reminds me of like edm vibes. This feels like a song you will play at the club and I bet its going to become a mini anthem. I also think it was made to be performed at a concert. Like imagine seeing this live and how fun that would be! I also really liked the part where it slowed down right before the catchy chorus "do whatever you want." After reading the lyrics I really liked the message as well. They kind of talked about overcoming our own fears and doing whatever you want to be happy. 10. TOP ("Tower of God" OP)~ I was already obsessed with the Japanese version of this song so hearing in Korean was also cool. This song gives me so much energy and I just love it! 11. SLUMP ("Tower of God" EP)~ The intro of this song briefly made me thing of voices. Based off the title I was just assuming that it would be an upbeat energetic song. I was wrong lol but I liked how it was a chill song with an upliting beat that wasn't super powerful. This song also felt really short to me?? The lyrics really hit home for me. I can relate so much to the feeling of being in a slump and thinking that everyone around you is progressing and you're just stuck. 12. Mixtape: Gone Days~ Gone Days is a straight up bop i already love this song and the mv so much. The hook is so catchy and will forever stay stuck in my head. A side note but I also really love the kind of techno sort of auto tune affects throughout the song. 13. Mixtape: On Track~ This is a song song to relax and chill to. Also the mv had me dead I was LIVING for it. Honorable mention goes to Jisung. His vocals in this song had me ready to drop dead. As a Jisung bias I can never decide whether I prefer vocalist Jisung or rapper Jisung.
