Even though my account is few months old?
Does the sandbox draft has to be few days old to do this?

Good question! It might be because your account isn't 'Autoconfirmed'. Wikipedia has guidelines around notability that must be met for an article to be on Wikipedia, as well as other policies that could have led to your article being removed.
