So basically, build up your style and library before sending out beat packs? Also, should you DM these artists directly or hire a publisher to reach the bigger artists?

Kind of, you can start building relationships and sending out packs whenever, you don’t necessarily need a whole library of beats before you do that. And you can build these relationships yourself, no need to hire anybody for that and I’d be weary of anybody who says they can connect you to bigger artists in exchange for money to begin with

questions: Co-publishing: Does the contract include a co-publishing agreement, and if so, what percentage of the publishing royalties will the sync agency claim?
Administration fees: What percentage does the sync agency charge for administering your rights and collecting royalties?
Exclusive or non-exclusive: Is the contract exclusive or non-exclusive? An exclusive contract means you can only work with that particular sync agency, while a non-exclusive one allows you to work with multiple agencies.
Contract duration: How long does the contract last? Is it for a specific project or for a set period of time?
Termination clause: Does the contract have a termination clause that allows you to end the agreement if you're not satisfied with the sync agency's performance?
