    Thanks for sharing Jeff. I like your tips of using description words to explain what you did & where you work and bring the interviewer into the room. Subscribed!

    hello, could you please talk about the content moderation position?

      Lana, yes, the one thing I know about this role is that it is really hard, you have to view a lot of negative content, this is something you need to strongly consider when thinking about this role.

    Hi @jeff H Sipe I completed my phone screen, Rrk GCA and G&L rounds last week. Thanks for your help through the enormous amount of content. Used startegy and framework to deliver each answer.
    My recruiter didn't give an update after all the rounds nor did i receive an automated rejection mailer. Wondering what's up with my candidature?
    Waiting for couple of days more before i shoot an email to my recruiter

      Hi Jeff, I still didn't hear back from the recruiter after multiple follow up emails. I am see if the sourcer or interviewer replies. Not sure why they don't provide a single update after all the rounds

    • @jeffhsipepi
      @jeffhsipepi  2 года назад +1

      @@amitanshumaity9902 THEY SHOULD!! Definitely follow up with the Sourcer and remember, you will get a survey about your Recruiter, so, don't hold back!

    Hi Jeff!
    If we're sharing an experience regarding some accomplishment, how do we not sound like braggy about it?
    Can you answer this in reference to Google?

    • @jeffhsipepi
      @jeffhsipepi  3 года назад +2

      Sana, in your actions your really want to focus on your contributions, but to make sure it does not sound like you are bragging, just add in we's and in the results highlight the larger success for the team/organization.

    Hey Jeff, your videos have been very helpful in prepping for my batch interviews (3 back-to-back interviews)! One question - I am interviewing for an Accounting Analyst University Graduate position. Any tips on what types of questions they will ask? I have been creating questions based on the job description, but I am having trouble finding specific examples online. I also want to know what type of interview each one will be. Thanks!

      Alex, the more junior/entry level roles tend to have more behavioral questions than hypothetical ones, but I want you to expect both! You definitely need to ask your Recruiter about the focus areas, but if I had to guess, I would say 3 total interviews with an RRK, GCA, and G&L interview. Good luck!
