A Palestinian man sends a message to Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan while speaking to what appears to be a group of Turkish visitors at Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.
The Turkish government has come under scrutiny from its supporters for not taking more actions against Israel during its assault on Gaza. Experts cite Turkey's economic and political turmoil as the reasons for its lack of taking more drastic positions against Israel, as it did in previous military campaigns against Palestinians.

One could say the humanitarian aspect for the people ans civilian population often is ahead of governments and systems. This is like saying gay rights in the west had to be acknowledged by the people before governments and states did. In this war-machine case. One could say that the goverments of world are still stuck in the post worldwar2 order, and in some sense even some aspects of the medieval times. The governments chose to advance in manipulation and propaganda techniques rather humanitarian and the evolution of the good of humanity.
Not only the leaders must go, all the systems are outdated and must go. Only the people can change those systems and only if they can break the chains of the advanced propaganda and manipulation as well as the corrupt educational and media systems

I am very sorry but the Ottomans are not there anymore. The biggest mistake of Palestinians and other Arabs was to rebel against the rightful Ottoman Muslim ruler due to Arab nationalism provoked by the British.
It was one of the most treacherous moments in the Islamic history which resulted in a butchery across the Muslim lands. Now we are pitifully disunited and it looks like our rulers don't represent us. Allahu Alam.

Anyway they were banning Islamic practices left, right and centre; shutting down madrassas; making religious clothing and the adhaan illegal. That's why the Arabs rebelled. The only mistake they made was trusting the British, who wanted to carve up the Middle East for themselves so they could plunder it for resources. In the end the British basically betrayed the Arabs by putting the munafiq jewish 'Saud' family in power instead of the rightful ruler, Sharif Hussain, thus ending the Caliphate for good.

The Palestinians should be even more ashamed because they have supported Kurdish PKK terrorists against Turkey in the past. Arafat had good relations with the PKK. The Palestinians also supported Turkey's enemies such as Armenia and Southern Cyprus against Turkey. The Palestinians have always been against Turkey, even back in 1916 during the revolt against the Ottoman Caliphate with the support of the British.
