Jackie Q. Carter, Milwaukee's Port Director, Takes Oath of Office

The City of Milwaukee’s new Municipal Port Director officially takes office when the City Clerk’s office formally swears her in during a brief ceremony at City Hall. Jackie Q. Carter will become the first woman, and the first person of color, to serve as Director of Port Milwaukee.
