Very fine installation! LED light installation does take a little time. However, it is very satisfying to see lights and to have them last too!!! The holes on the ends of the Decoder Buddy motherboard are very handy for wire routing. I'm glad 3M brought that 2 sided tape to the general consumer market. I had to order it special when I taped the solar panels to the top of the motorhome. It is a very good product. The demonstration of speakers in series was very clear. Excellent! Thanks for sharing! I enjoyed!
Oh man this is perfect!! I have a couple Athearn Genesis SD75M locos I need to fully upgrade. This SD70M looks to be identical. I'm new at this and contacted Scale Sound Systems for speaker suggestions and he told me how to measure for them. I wish I would have waited now... lol! Dunno about my milling skills as I haven't tried any yet. So my speakers were measured to fit as is. We'll see how it goes. What size speakers (or part number) are these? If I can presume to make a small suggestion... the light colored surface you are working on darkens the black guts of the engine to the point of making it hard to see any detail. The camera adjusts for the bright background so the dark details get muddled. A darker work surface would compliment this particular project. At least I think it would. Then again I might be a complete idiot... so... there's that! Very informative as per usual! Really is helpful for us newbies. Thanks for sharing 🤠
