Sir apne jo load calculation kiya hai waha apne thickness me concrete ka density ko multiply kiya jabki ham load cheak karne ke liye slab ka weight nikalenge . slab ka quantity in to density of concrete hoga I mean 4.5*6*0.2*2500 . Please clear my dought

Its not for no. Of columns, but it deals with how many similar sides are their for longer/shorter direction. Kc means we are calculating this for one side (means, if you cut the slab from centre, you will get 2 sides, from which we are doing calculation on one side). Therefore, total kc should be kc for one inside x no. Of similar sides). Got it ?

In l/d ratio; here "l" should be taken as 4.5m as per IS:456 (shorter of span)
For flat slab longer span should be taken unlike in two way slabs

Yes..while calculating stiffnes and alpha-c, you need the column height which equal to tue storey height. Thats why...!
