I'm on the 98% meat diet, I started 1 year ago, and I'm recovering every day , I'm great I can't complain at all, my life has changed !!! Thanks to all who tell their stories , and thanks to Anthony Chaffee
Amazing! I'm currently starting my journey to stop anxiety, depression , get rid of calcium deposits in soft tissues that i found on ultrasound(liver) , sinus cavity (head MRI scan) and probably have some more. 5th day on carnivore , also using EONutrition B1(thiamin) therapy. Already my eyes stopped watering and feeling less inflamation around body and especially brain, better mood overall. Also circulation starting to recover , skin turning from pale to nice red/pink and FEELING WARM FINALLY! You guys are doing God's work . Thank you so much Anthony Chaffee , KenDBerry, EONutrition and all those who come out with their testimonies.
Hi Pablo 💚 I first heard about you when I contacted Prof. Seyfried last Spring about my breast cancer. He sent me this whole kit including your case study. You have been an inspiration for me🙏🏽 I had coincidentally already started a Keto diet and eating meat after being vegan for 25 years and vegetarian a total of 32 years. I declined physical and mental health-wise with each decade and was feeling rock bottom in 2021. I had already gotten chickens for eggs but it was in 2021 I added meat. Now I’ve started my own farm to raise my own meat. I’m eating my own pork and a friend’s beef while I do the Paleomedicina diet. I go in this week for ultrasound and blood tests. So far no growth in 5 months of measurement. I feel different this month and hope it’s not just my imagination but I’m also hopeful for tumor shrinkage. I’ve also done many water fasts. In 2022, before diagnosis, I did a 23 day fast and probably ten 72-96 hour fasts. Then when I found out about my cancer I did a 14 day water fast. It’s hard for me to do long fasts and keep the farm going!! I know Dr. Chaffee and Paleomedicina are not big fans of fasting and I agree because both of my long fasts have ended earlier than planned due to me listening to my body. I think the fasts can really be hard on us. I’m currently on day 3 of hopefully another 14 day fast but I’m doing it one day at a time since it’s a very physical time of year and I get so tired no matter how much salt I take!! But I decided to go against plan because I have a sense my immune system could use a boost. Seems like research has been showing these fasts push a restart button on the immune system. I’m resolved to do Carnivore and even Paleomedicina’s very strict diet the rest of my life to keep Cancer away. I’m a dark chocolate addict (I actually LOVE 100% dark chocolate!), so that was very hard to give up. Peanut butter has also been something I crave. Coffee and tea were comforts I no longer have. Anyhow, I try to share about my path as often as possible (and it’s not brave like yours!). If it wasn’t for people like you and so many sharing their stories on RUclips, I would have caved to the terrible treatment plan my 5 star oncologist had in mind for me. Prof. Seyfried shares a whole list of practitioners knowledgeable about metabolic therapy. I’m so fortunate to be working with Dr. Lemanne in Ashland, Oregon now. So thank you so very much and I wish the best for everyone trusting themselves and trying to heal themselves and avoid toxic therapies 🙏🏽
Did you do the whole Press-Pulse protocol that Dr Seyfried developed?... Was that what was in the kit? He has a book "Cancer as a Metabolic Disease" ... is the 'protocol' in that book?
@@mindbodydetox If you can find a doctor who will do the Press-Pulse protocol… you’re very fortunate. They are out there. I used Paleomedicina. Professor Seyfried’s research is very important but this is not accessible for everyone YET.
I hope it heals deeper than it has because unfortunately, unless something of big impact affects peoples lives, they find it extremely hard to show forgiveness for them selves or their friends/family....
I put my husband on Dr Syfried's therapeutic keto diet and he lived two years with the worst most untreatable unmethylated GBM. He couldn't maintain the diet after about 16months once he was put on dexamethazone (for swelling), against my request. He could not stop eating on dexamethazone. He quickly put on vast amounts of weight and went down quickly. He passed away. In my heart I believe he would still be with us had he remained on that diet.
Definitely inspiring. I've been diagnosed with stage 3, inoperable colangiocarcinoma a year ago, and went through cisplatinum for 6 months, but after some research, decided to ditch chemo, have gone 4 months without treatment other than carnivore diet and CDS. Looking up to you brother
There's a doctor all over you too who pushes carnivore with a couple other things involved who has repeatedly had patients be cancer named Dr Thomas Seyfried . I can't recommend listening to him enough
Just finished watching and indeed it was well worth staying up late to get all the updates and information from Pablo hot off the press + thank you again Doctor for your interactions on the LIVE chat. 🍀
I'm only 7 st I'm trying keto coz I hv lung cancer, lymph nodes and bone and liver no cure I start chemo Monday, what diet is best I'm loosing more weight every day just having meat and veg
This was an eye-opening conversation on the reality of overcoming hardships in life , hope Pablo gets even better in future 🙏❤ Maybe stemm cells that Prof. Bart Kay promoting would help repair some damaged tissue
Awesome story! So glad that you shared with the world! I wish my family had known about this way of eating 9 years ago when my grandfather passed from this exact form of brain cancer. Spread the word!
Every time I have a craving I tell myself that is the starving cancer begging for food and I’m not giving it to my cancer. Instead I eat some homemade jerky. That has been my lifesaver
This is such a positive message. Even a hopeless situation can be turned around. It also shows that you need to heal all aspects of your life even family connections in order to achieve hemostasis.
Enjoyed watching this. What a champion Pablo is. I look forward to hearing him talk about the day he gets to walk his daughter down the aisle. Won’t that be the ultimate victory 🙏❤️ I see on his RUclips channel that the latest scan results showed no progression of disease… hallelujah!
I have already invisioned things like this. I try to remain present and therefore can accept who I am and where I am. But i can also see my beautiful family growing with me in love and in life.
Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the medical community doesn't make money on fighting brain cancer, or even preventing brain cancer using a proper diet.
My better half has breast cancer and her doctor told her to eat and drink whatever she wants and yes red wine every day is just fine. She saw me reversing my MS and lose 45 lbs with zero effort because I could not move much at the time I started carnivore. All I can do is pass along the info.
Very inspiring! It takes courage to stand your ground in the face of death. Especially when you have doctors telling you that you will die if you don't do it their way.
Truly amazing ... I wish a number of those that I lost would have rejected the standard of care for cancer. Best to you Pablo and Dr Chaffee for being a caring guiding heart.
Agree, my sister has had cancer twice and won't give up socializing, which in her circle contains alcohol and lots of carbs and sugars in their "foods." She gets very irritated when I talk about this diet and what foods to eat for health. It's the socializing that she loves, alcohol/food are her 2nd love. Breaks my heart that she doesn't see the destructive path she is on, but mother was like that with her cigarettes. No pleading, crying, science etc deters them for some reason, like it does me.
@@tallcedars2310 It's addictive behavior. I do a lot of fasting and have progressively cleaned up my diet but the more I look into it the more obvious it becomes that meat, fish, eggs and maybe dairy is our real diet and anything else is bad news.
@@LTPottenger Yes, I think you are right, she is addicted to socializing/foods, since she lives for it every weekend. Although, I was elated when my sister recently asked me if I fasted. My hopes are that she is thinking of making changes to her diet, as she is very fatigued after work. Her doctor adjusted her thyroid medication (1st cancer site), she said it helped. The diet you mention is what I am doing and agree, it's the only way to eat to increase health and longevity in life. In an attempt at learning to listen to my body, if I feel like fasting I will, if I feel fine, I will keep eating. I have never really listened to what the body is saying, but have made some ground with eating when I feel like it and stopping when I am feeling full. But really, on this diet, it's about doing what one feel they need to.
Thank you Pablo for sharing your inspirational story. I started the carnivore food plan in January 2023. I have had some remarkable healing and I’m looking forward to more. I am even more hopeful now that I have heard about your experience. I hope that you and Dr. Chaffee can speak again,so we can hear how you are doing. Best wishes on your journey. Love from Vermont
I get to eat that and im healthy now. its way cheaper the buying all ingredients for some pie or casserole. cut my grocery bill 50%. plus i get meat on sale to so cut the 50 in half too! ❤❤❤❤
For two decades, I had chronic severe headache and soar throat and was thinking that time that I may have brain problems that could lead to brain cancer as i've seen people have same symptoms before finding out they have it. I didn't know that it was the excessive sugar intake from foods (halo-halo, softdrinks, caramel popcorn, donuts, sweetened bread, etc) that was causing it. When I went low-carb a few years ago (then mostly Carnivore now), I realized my chronic headache/soar throat not occurring anymore.
@@thomassaddul How do you do carnivore in the Philippines? Personally I'm having a nightmare having to maintain this diet with so few good meats here.(Mindanao)
@@kerosj9975 When I am home, I buy directly from meat vendors. However, since I travel a lot, I have to "minimize" my exposure to seed oils (most restaurants use) by eating in SAMGYUP and BULALO restaurants or select only GRILLED meat (avoid fried ones). When I order eggs, I ask to half boil it. Sometime you cannot avoid it just eat the MEAT part of the food. I prefer to order the FATTY menu items like ADOBO, igado, etc. No pinakbet, no veggies, no rice. If there is no other choice, I eat only the PATTY of the burger from McDO or Jollibee.
Ty Pablo for sharing your story. I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 metastatic uterine, cervical and bladder cancer. My tumor went from 3cm to 10cm in a week and i was in so much pain that they rushed me 2hrs away and immediately started radiation and brachytherapy which traumatized me terribly!!! I took a few rounds of chemo but was so affixing i refused anymore. I've been on a plant based diet per my Dr.'s orders and have had diarrhea the entire time, over 30 days! After seeing you, I'm going to try keto and then maybe slip into carnivore. Wish me luck and thanks again for sharing your incredible story. I'm so glad you are doing well 😊
@@Soapgirl64 I went strictly carnivore and in 2 weeks I felt 90% better! I'm scheduled for tomorrow at 9am for my first CT scan to see if it's gone. I'm terrified! My anxiety is through the roof today. I'm doing my best to keep only positive thoughts in my crazy head today... and ty for asking 🙂
@@lisasalmeron8406 Wow!!!! Good for you! Feeling better is a really good sign! It takes the body time to heal so please don’t be discouraged if the scan doesn’t look impressively different. Stay the course!!
My best friend has terminal stage 4 breast cancer. I have been trying to talk her into trying carnivore the last year and she refuses to even consider it. She said she wanted to enjoy her life to the fullest. Dumbest thing I have ever seen in my life!!!! She’d rather suffer in excruciating pain and eat sweets. Stupid. 😢😢😢
It's really sad. Some people will just go their own way even though it's not solving anything, but entrenching them deeper into their troubles. It's more important for them to be right than to be saved. Have this talk with her again. Going carnivore is the last thing she can do to honour your friendship. It's a matter of trust.
@@bumblebee4280 exactly !! It would honor our friendship and it hurt my feelings that she wouldn’t even look into it. She said “naaaah I just don’t believe in that” without doing any research. Now she says she can’t talk to me anymore because I stress her out. When all I’ve been trying to do is help her save her own life. I was gentle about it. Oh well, at least I tried I guess.

Grade 3 oligodendroglioma here. Alive 11 years now ketogenic, exercise, sauna, red light, now moving toward carnivore. Just seems to make sense. My seizures have dwindled to about 1 every 1 or 2 years. This is the way!
It is evident that our social ties to food is stronger than our desire to be healthy when people are faced with a Hail Mary for cancer and still choose comfort foods.
14 years survivor grade 2 glioblastoma, did long time keto, now carnivore, but falling off for sweets. Inspired by you not having an oncologist, just getting the test results. Will try to get onto your website. Thank you both for the interview.
We loved seeing your zoom yesterday I particularly liked the fact that by end of the discussion the whole panel agreed that saturated fat isn’t bad for you and also when you describe the history of hunting techniques prior to spears.
Thank you! And yes, I was pleasantly surprised that everyone was on board with cholesterol and saturated fat. And people absolutely had spears before then. We had bows and arrows string 65,000 years ago, and spears for much longer. "Analysis of 210 stone tools from the site of Kathu Pan in South Africa shows that people were probably hunting with stone-tipped spears by about 460,000 years ago, roughly 200,000 years earlier than previously believed." www.archaeology.org/issues/81-1303/trenches/523-south-africa-earliest-spears And those were stone spear heads. Who knows how long they were using sharpened sticks as spears before that. And either way, there were stone tools used for cutting and killing animals for at least 3.3 million years, and crush stones used to break open the skulls of dead animals to get at the brains before that
fantastic video! i really hope doctors in my country (germany) will pick up on carnivore and keto for cancer treatment faster as well! keep up the good fight!
@@pablokelly624 Pablo, your life is leading to the birth of a new medicine ❣❣❣ I've also lost my trust in modern science (my ex-job as a PhD - I love investigating the mechanisms of inner healing, but our grants were just focused on patching the symptoms and mingling with pharma). Heroes like you are leading the way!
My father died from glioblastoma in the 90s, just 45 days after diagnosis, partly due to its location and his refusal of treatment. My best friend also had glioblastoma and survived three years with multiple surgeries. I always saw it as a death sentence. Despite being told it was rare, I know two others who had it, suggesting it's more common than one in 100,000 as they used to say.
@@anthonychaffeemd Couldn't be a more GORGEOUS man to be cured of brain cancer and the mascot for Carnivore. :). Seriously, I can't wait to hear the interview, and so happy for him and his family.
Your story is very encouraging. I was been diagnosed with GBM IN December 2018. I refused the standard of care, but I did get the cyber knife after my second surgery in 2019. I am currently stable. I have been trying out the ketogenic and carnivore diet but my blood levels showed I'm either doing something wrong or it is not for me because of my genetic snips.
Thanks for sharing this information. Its goid to hear other options being explored and shared. My husband was diagnosed inoperable brain tumor in 2009 and died 2013. The more i learn about keto & carnivore i can't help wondering if he would have lived longer. I know for sure that with nothing to lose we would have given it a try.
im sorry for your loss. And yes its something that if the advice was offered, in conjunction with standard of care even, the longevity and quality of life of patients would be much better. how could it not.
I saw one study that blamed meat for MS but I've also seen several stories of recovery/improvement of MS through ketogenic and carnivore diets. Like this one ruclips.net/video/Vas6J7f3fQI/видео.html
My mother died of GBM about 14 years ago, 3 months after diagnosis. She did standard of care through Sloane-Kettering. I wish I had known about the impact that a ketogenic or carnivore diet could have had. Maybe she would still be alive.
That’s heartbreaking. I’m so sorry for you. My mom has been through so many autoimmune diseases and cancer in her life and she almost died of ulcerative colitis when I was born. Because the doctors saved her life, she will never challenge or second guess them. They have used her as a guinea pig for soooo many drugs and medical technology in her life. For me, this has been a clear message to research my own health issues and not believe the doctors. We are completely controlled by Big Pharma. I wonder if you are drawn to more holistic healing because of your mom’s experience like I am.
@@pablokelly624 thank you, and I’m glad that you did find the ketogenic diet and that it helped you to survive! @@SarahPerine I am very sorry for what your mom went through, but glad that it opened your eyes (and mine) to the fact that doctors aren’t always right about everything, and that we need to listen to alternative points of view and think critically, especially where our health is concerned!
I use Dr. Boz's formula to be in autophagy on the same day as my chemotherapy. BG ÷ BK = less than 20. I resolved my endometrial metastasized tumors during the first round. Immunotherapy (Keytruda) failed to resolve the nest of remaining cancer. I am now doing a more powerful chemo but throughout all these treatments I have had no nausea, vomiting, or digestive issues. I find carnivore very easy to adhere to.
@@gsh_0121 Get a "Keto Mojo". It comes with BG (blood glucose) and BK (blood ketones) test strips To prick your finger.. BG ÷ BK = something. You must be in therapeutic ketosis to get a number less than 20. I also fasted 3 days before and 2 days after each infusion. BTW, I am now cancer free. CT scans show RESOLVED.
This info is priceless... i LOVE hearing stories like this. I strongly believe carnivore is more healing than medicine! Processed garbage that people have been eating is very obviously the cause of so many illnesses. I believe too that it's likely related to so many people having autism. I love seeing so many more Drs finally seeing this and getting on board with promoting carnivore way of eating.
I put my husband on exogenous ketones (KetoneAid) as well as his very restricted keto diet, to boost his ketones especially before radiation and after his (30 days straight). He was sharp as a tack for a year after his 6cmx6cm tumor resection.
PLEASE, Dr. Chaffee, increase the volume on this. Once again, you may have based it on perfectly audible sound on your computer, but my phone requires an outside speaker to bring the volume high enough so that I can move three feet away and still hear it. Thanks for your great work.❤
I was told by the oncologist I'd need to 'step out the box' if we wanted to buy more time for my husband. Then when I stepped out the box and reached out to Prof Seyfried in Boston, got his book on metabolic treatment of cancer and went to an alternative doctor recommended by Prof Seyfried to understand some other options, the oncologist basically told me to choose which option I wanted, his or alternative! They were also against us getting a second opinion. All quite disconcerting with an advanced terminal diagnosis of unmethylated wild-type GBM measuring 6x6cm.
Hi Pablo , Im still here carnivore after my oartial resectiion lower skull base cerebellum/ spine off the biggers tumour. No further treatment for my smaller one in the midline. So glad you also stuck to your guns. Starving tumours and dead cells. I also know when my seizures are about to happen. Think carnivore helps with the bodys able to deal with meds. I was out 17 hours with my first retrosignoid craniotomy. Strict carnivore is definitely helping. Loosing all the steroid weight for presure on the brain is going great on carnivore. Im on ribeye salt and water only. Zero caffine. Even butter doesn't work for me. Still on anti seizure meds after a year on carnivore two stone 4 dress sizes lighter.
My brother died due to GBM about 5 years ago. Keto was mentioned as potentially helping, but it was not something recommended. Doctors tend to recommend medications, as they want to test protocols. My brother did chemo and radiation treatments during the initial 6 months. Unfortunately, he had steroid psychosis and his mind split into multiple personalities just prior to his final chemo/radiation treatments. Fortunately, after the final treatments, his mind did come back together and he lived about 18 months in a somewhat normal life. At the end, they had to take him off the cocktail that was keeping the GBM at bay, since the meds were destroying his blood cells. Once they took him off the meds, his GBM grew again and he died within a few months. Since then, I have learned more about nutrition and fasting. Unfortunately, it was a few years late for my brother.
i went carnivore and my eczema almost disappeared... and then i cheated and cheat.... im so sad that it has rebound now.... i hope i am not stupid enough to try that again
I think many CARNIVORES will look back at friends and family who refuse to give CARNAVORE a try will weep with regret for their bad choices. We will lose too many people who are still deceived by the WESTERN (SAD) standard American Diet and cannot listen to logical proof and/or bother to do research!! CARNIVORE is absolutely the way to restore your health!!
Unfortunately I just lost a family member to ovarian cancer. She repeatedly said she was going to try fasting and low carb “but is hard uncle Doug” she kept eating the same crap and not fasting and the chemo recently killed her.😢 I wish I could get though to people. It’s very frustrating. I know multiple people with type 2 diabetes and they refuse to listen.🥵☹️
What I find so sad is that Dr's and dietitians just dismiss keto/carnivore and in doing so often prevent the patient from the chance to heal. Well done to Pablo for turning away and going his own way. I am sending this video to my friend who has a friend with glioblastoma. I am 64, carnivore for 6 months and so many benefits. Carnivore is a miracle.
You can blame the NHS - but friends who live in Sweden (Brits in their late 70s) - he was failed by his doctor with 'it's a problem with your ear' and delay and delay. Finally, he had an MRI and was diagnosed with a benign brain tumour. Now he's going downhill quite quickly and they cannot schedule an operation because 'it takes 3 neurosurgeions' and there's 1) a shortage and 2) it's difficult to co-ordinate their diaries !!

My aunt suffers from breast cancer after getting 4 covid shots, she's going through chemo, I want to convince her to try carnivore instead. I told her to cut out the glucose / carbs. But she's skeptical because my cousin is studying something related to health and nutrition and told her that carbs are vital. I said, "only vital for cancer cells, it's feeding on glucose". I sent them a link to the book about Otto Warburg but I only found the book in English and they don't speak English (only German). I also told my aunt about the autophagy that happens when fasting, e.g. with Cole Robinson's snake diet fasting approach. Can you please let me know if you know anyone who cured breast cancer with carnivore? Or someone who got cancer after the covid shots, is that kind of cancer similarly treatable with carnivore? Also my grandfather has skin cancer on his bald scalp, he got a lot of sun on his scalp over the years. I already convinced him to go carnivore a year ago, but it didn't prevent his skin cancer from happening, but it only got worse after the covid shots. (His wife died 2 weeks after her 2nd shot btw.) I'm interested in any and all accounts of anecdotal evidence of people who beat any form of cancer with carnivore! Please let me know! Also please interview more such people. You're doing the lord's work. I'm an IT guy but sometimes I wish I could help people like you. I tried to get all my family members on carnivore but my grandfather is the only one who did, the others are very skeptical but misinformed, and are too lazy / unwilling to do their own research. My aunt said, if cancer could be beaten by carnivore / fasting / zero carb, doctors would know about it and recommend it, she only believes these doctors who only learned about treating symptoms, they never learned about the relationship between nutrition / lifestyle and health!
Some doctors do know about it, and are recommending it. Like myself, but also the oncology department at Cedars Sinai medical center, which is one of the best hospitals in the world. Save with Charring Cross hospital in London. And yes, keto diets, which carnivore is a type of and the best type in my opinion, is the only diet clinically proven to help cancer survival and progression free survival. @@oliochele there are books on a lot of things, but I bet there aren't dozens of randomized controlled trials on humans showing that it actually works better than placebo like a ketogenic diet does. And if they're only eating carrot juice, though it depends on the amount of sugar in them, it might be similar to fasting, and if it put them in ketosis that could be beneficial. But if it did, which I'm not convinced because carrot juice can be quite sweet, it would be because of the ketosis and fasting rather than the carrots most likely.

Hi Dr Anthony! I’m listening to the most recent podcast conversation of Mercola with Georgi Dinkov (Ray Peat biochemist). In fact my mom sent it to me regarding “the importance of carbs in the diet.” They mention studies on cancer and diabetes and speak about multiple elements. I don’t base all my knowledge on science studies, rats or humans, alone. I value anecdata, people experience in their daily lives with all the parameters present including sunlight and healthy water. I would love you and the other carni docs to go through the claims brought up in the podcast. They’re arguing for low fat high carb to starve cancer. Though a quote is “not cure, but improve.” So … that might be the distinguishing factor! Link to Apple podcast below in separate comment just in case this gets deleted by YT. It’s mercola’s latest.
I you do keto diet when you have cancer, would you expect extra low glucose blood levels? Because keto decreases it already, but the cancer consumes also glucose? So leading to an extra drop.
Dr. Chauffee how long does it take for gadolinium contrast to exit the body. I go once a year now and I still think that is too much. Of course all the doctors I have talked to say it’s safe, yet I need to sign a waiver every time I have an MRI. Thoughts?
Yeah so gadolinium doesn't really exit the body unfortunately, or at least not very well. So the more of these scans you get the more it will build up, and it can become dangerous. So in our department we start pulling back and spacing out scans to avoid this issue. And depending on what you are looking for, non-contrast MRI can still give quite good information. A little red tumor and check for high grade changes though, contrast can be helpful better because there is more uptake when it becomes high grade.
I wish people would listen .. most just dismiss the fact that this is how we r supposed to eat.. it’s funny most people don’t value their life.. life seems to be about eating ..what they call good food..
Haven't watched yet, but I've seen where scans of brain cancer looks just like a clump, or cyst, of parasites. I'd also add ivermectin and fenben to the mix. Oh, and MMS. Going to view it now. I'm sure I'll be crying, judging by the title, lol.
For later stage cancer i think you need plenty of fasting as even protein and fat still causes small amounts of insulin which can be a growth factor. I think the key thing is to reduce the insulin resistance as fast as possible which fasting does as insulin resitance is behind the high glucose levels. On carnivore any excess protein through glucogenasis will cause high blood sugar if you have insulin resitance which cancer suffers have. So i say fasting is key as well as a low carb diet.
Cancer uses glucose as it's primary fuel to live. Cut it out completely and it may limit the cancer growth. Cancer can also use glutamine as a fuel source which is almost impossible if not impossible to avoid in the diet however some things can reduce glutamine in the body, green tea, resveratol, cucumin, ursolic acid and a few other things. If I had Cancer, I would go full keto (high quality natural), fast and limit calories and take supplements that can block glutamine. I would also eat garlic, ginger and broccoli sprouts and practice stress reduction techniques. I would then see if surgery could be used to extract the cancer. I would approach chemo and radiation with caution. Just my view and zero advice intended, just what I would do.
I too have trouble keeping coffee off the menu. I had endometrial cancer. I believe it is gone I also had migraines. With strict keto the 3 day migraines changed to ocular migraines ( no pain). Then when I switched to organic coffee the ocular migraine went away. Over this holiday weekend I drank regular coffee with my daughter and immediately got an ocular migraine If you can’t give up coffee completely try organic. The problem may be the pesticides instead of the coffee itself
Thk you for the video. Like many people, i drink too much coffee, you briefly mention a few problems with drinking coffee about 18minutes in, can you further explore these comments in another video or refer me to other research, so we can make an informed decision about coffee?
Hi, Thanks a lot for an amazing content! I am slowly decreasing veggies on my Keto, is it a good strategy to go gradualy? Another question - how about levels of Calcium on a dairy free Carnivore diet? Thank You in advance!
Thank you very much! And that's great, just keep eating more fatty meat and less and less veggies until you can finally eliminate them and you should be fine. For me I did great just going cold turkey, and a lot of people find that it's easiest for them to do that because otherwise they'll never really get going. If you're already in the process of this and already doing mostly meat-based keto, you are probably in a position that you can eliminate these things off gradually. However if you aren't eating that many veggies at the moment then it's fine to just drop them all together, and you will start feeling absolutely fantastic especially after week 2. There are some people that run into trouble cutting down from a very high oxalate diet to quickly, but not everyone. If you're not eating tons of oxalates though then you don't necessarily have to wean off. So it's up to you, whatever you think would work best, but if you do it gradually then have a clear plan on what you're going to drop or reduce and when, and when your final endpoint is going to be on getting rid of all of them and just going meat and water. Good luck!
But now you don't need to take in extra calcium. Your body gets enough calcium from meat and it utilizes it much better. Also you're not taking it a ton of oxalates and other garbage that are going to strip your body of calcium in the first place, making your requirements for dietary calcium all that much higher. Carnivores throughout the world that only eat meat are still able to grow and maintain bones throughout their life after all.
@@anthonychaffeemd Thanks a lot :) Decreasing veggies and nuts is not a problem with me :) First time I started Keto ~3 years ago was cold turkey. Keto flu was nothing compared to my depression and weakness, but I have lost too many weight over ~9 months so decided to go back to some carbs to gain weight for winter :) I was 43 Y.O. then, at height of 182 cm after Keto dropped to 63,5 kg. Felt ok, but winter was really cold for me without extra fat :D Now I think I want to stop at 72 kg, I am not big boned, nor athletic.. Once again big Thanks for Your work, greetings from Lithuania :D Looking forward for new videos ;) Sorry for bad english :)

That's so great to hear! I'm really glad that you're doing so well. Keep it up!
Look into oxalates! Sally norton and this doctor did an interview with her too ❤
Hi Pablo 💚 I first heard about you when I contacted Prof.
😊❤
Hi Sarah, I hope you are doing well. Any update on your condition? I just love reading these stories and spreading them. Awesome stuff!
What a wonderful story, Pablo! Tears of joy poured as you told of the healing spreading through your family.
I hope it heals deeper than it has because unfortunately, unless something of big impact affects peoples lives, they find it extremely hard to show forgiveness for them selves or their friends/family....
Pablo, are you still ok?
It feels like we can learn a lot from people like Pablo
What a Great success real life story! I love seeing peoples lives changed positively with Carnivore-Keto.
Sorry to hear this. My condolences
So funny... I had reached out to him recently as well. Great work on the cancer content. Super important to get this message out there.
We need to reschedule dont we?
Definitely inspiring. I've been diagnosed with stage 3, inoperable colangiocarcinoma a year ago, and went through cisplatinum for 6 months, but after some research, decided to ditch chemo, have gone 4 months without treatment other than carnivore diet and CDS. Looking up to you brother
what is CDS ?

Maybe stemm cells that Prof. Bart Kay promoting would help repair some damaged tissue
Awesome story! So glad that you shared with the world! I wish my family had known about this way of eating 9 years ago when my grandfather passed from this exact form of brain cancer. Spread the word!
thank you and yes its a shame no one in the medical "industry" cares that much about anything other than profits...
Every time I have a craving I tell myself that is the starving cancer begging for food and I’m not giving it to my cancer. Instead I eat some homemade jerky. That has been my lifesaver
I told my friend I don't drink anymore. Maybe a glass of beer every 4 months. She told me I'm not living. OMG. These people. I can't even.
Lmaooo brain dead zombies
This is such a positive message. Even a hopeless situation can be turned around. It also shows that you need to heal all aspects of your life even family connections in order to achieve hemostasis.
Enjoyed watching this. What a champion Pablo is. I look forward to hearing him talk about the day he gets to walk his daughter down the aisle. Won’t that be the ultimate victory 🙏❤️
I see on his RUclips channel that the latest scan results showed no progression of disease… hallelujah!
Yes absolutely! I really hope that he can be there on that day, and much longer afterwards
I have already invisioned things like this. I try to remain present and therefore can accept who I am and where I am. But i can also see my beautiful family growing with me in love and in life.
My sister in law died of brain cancer. I wish she would have tried carnivore.
Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the medical community doesn't make money on fighting brain cancer, or even preventing brain cancer using a proper diet.
Hopefully others find it after this
My better half has breast cancer and her doctor told her to eat and drink whatever she wants and yes red wine every day is just fine. She saw me reversing my MS and lose 45 lbs with zero effort because I could not move much at the time I started carnivore. All I can do is pass along the info.

What an amazing recovery. The power of the right food (meat) I hope he thrives for years to come. ❤🙏🏻
I very much intend to, thank you! :)
Very inspiring! It takes courage to stand your ground in the face of death. Especially when you have doctors telling you that you will die if you don't do it their way.
...and as you can see, I am very much alive with "terminal brain cancer"
Truly amazing ... I wish a number of those that I lost would have rejected the standard of care for cancer. Best to you Pablo and Dr Chaffee for being a caring guiding heart.
Amazing people would rather let their cancer come back and die than stop eating carbs. And they will turn around and say it's not an addiction.
Yeah it's remarkable to me as well
Agree, my sister has had cancer twice and won't give up socializing, which in her circle contains alcohol and lots of carbs and sugars in their "foods." She gets very irritated when I talk about this diet and what foods to eat for health.

Even if they didnt help, which they would, it would still be enjoyable!
@@anthonychaffeemd Yes! I cannot imagine people who prefer duck food over meats!

Poor guy. I had GM epilepsy from ages 19 to 42😮 apparently a Potassium deficiency., because that made the difference. ( 32 years ago)

Now he's going downhill quite quickly and they cannot schedule an operation because 'it takes 3 neurosurgeions' and there's 1) a shortage and 2) it's difficult to co-ordinate their diaries !!
Два года назад у меня диагностировали анапластическую астроцитому. Буду пробовать ваш метод кето- диеты.Спасибо,что делитесь своим опытом!
What a truly incredible man, what strength you have, wow. I just wondered, you mentioned the affect that coffee has on you is that just caffeinated coffee or also decaf?
Decaf too
My body, I think, is adapted to meat and anything plant causes stimulation which my brain tries to reject and is why i have epileptic issues still...
See I tend to get headaches with caffeinated coffee so switched to decaf but it’s probably best to cut it out completely, like you said I also find it quite addictive and habitual, the good old morning coffee but you have inspired me to give it up. Day one of no coffee starts tomorrow. Thank you
18:00 I did not know that , makes total sense why i am having issues with my arms and the nerves , I drink Soda , i dont drink coffee or any other source of caffeine
Dont wait for a diagnosis. Start now.
(His wife died 2 weeks after her 2nd shot btw.)
I'm interested in any and all accounts of anecdotal evidence of people who beat any form of cancer with carnivore!
And breast cancer absolutely does very well with it. There's a study showing this with triple negative breast cancer, which is normally extremely aggressive. I'll link a study on that, along with one of the top cancer researchers in the world Professor Thomas Seyfried and other carnivore cancer success stories.

@@anthonychaffeemd Thanks so much! I'll send these links to my aunt, hopefully she'll be convinced.
Btw, anything specifically you'd recommend to recover from the damage done by chemotherapy?

There's a book on people healing their terminal cancer by juicing 5 pounds of carrots a day
@@oliochele there are books on a lot of things, but I bet there aren't dozens of randomized controlled trials on humans showing that it actually works better than placebo like a ketogenic diet does.
Good man, do your own resarch, don't just do what they tell you.
In my opinion meds, supplements, sugars & seed oils degraded & shortened the quality & longevity respectively,
of all of my loved ones who are now deceased.
Well wishes to all. ♥️

My son is 6 years old and has brain cancer. How can I contact the doctor?
Hey Pablo!🎉💪
hey!
My father died of bowel cancer…I wished I knew then what I know now
Check out Chris Wark …Chris beat cancer ,19 years after he was given a year w stage 3 colon @ 26 years old …he’s still cancer free
PHC have taken your photo down and I can’t see you on the timetable. Are you still going to be there tomorrow?
Unfortunately I wasnt able to leave the country due to VISA issues here in Australia, so I couldnt make it. I may be able to join by Zoom though
Another local, Anthony would be a great contact to have in Perth because doctors with a positive attitude to carnivore are rare.
A
His Holy Spirit sent his grandfathers image to his brain to warn him 🙏🏻🙏🏻😇
Dr Chaffee, would the carnivore diet work for a vestibular shwannoma?
Stories are incredible !!! I cant believe this isnt known 😔 or really out there.
I know right......
Haven't watched yet, but I've seen where scans of brain cancer looks just like a clump, or cyst, of parasites. I'd also add ivermectin and fenben to the mix. Oh, and MMS.
Going to view it now. I'm sure I'll be crying, judging by the title, lol.
Cancer is covered in a white substance, candida. Sugar feeds cancer and candida.
What about prostate cancer? They say the extra male hormones in red meat will fuel the prostate cancer. Thoughts?
RIP Pablo 😥
Inspiring. Carnivore for 2 months and a rare hemangiopericytoma grade III I have had stable for 3.5 yrs has grown and tons of inflammation around it 😢
I'd only be eating steaks and no processed meats
So you had it stable until you went carnivore???
I too have trouble keeping coffee off the menu. I had endometrial cancer. I believe it is gone I also had migraines. With strict keto the 3 day migraines changed to ocular migraines ( no pain). Then when I switched to organic coffee the ocular migraine went away.
Over this holiday weekend I drank regular coffee with my daughter and immediately got an ocular migraine
If you can’t give up coffee completely try organic. The problem may be the pesticides instead of the coffee itself
Look into mold free coffee!
Amazing ❤
Once again big Thanks for Your work, greetings from Lithuania :D Looking forward for new videos ;)
Sorry for bad english :)
