    Amazing! I'm currently starting my journey to stop anxiety, depression , get rid of calcium deposits in soft tissues that i found on ultrasound(liver) , sinus cavity (head MRI scan) and probably have some more.
    5th day on carnivore , also using EONutrition B1(thiamin) therapy. Already my eyes stopped watering and feeling less inflamation around body and especially brain, better mood overall. Also circulation starting to recover , skin turning from pale to nice red/pink and FEELING WARM FINALLY!
    You guys are doing God's work . Thank you so much Anthony Chaffee , KenDBerry, EONutrition and all those who come out with their testimonies.

    Hi Pablo 💚 I first heard about you when I contacted Prof. Seyfried last Spring about my breast cancer. He sent me this whole kit including your case study. You have been an inspiration for me🙏🏽 I had coincidentally already started a Keto diet and eating meat after being vegan for 25 years and vegetarian a total of 32 years. I declined physical and mental health-wise with each decade and was feeling rock bottom in 2021. I had already gotten chickens for eggs but it was in 2021 I added meat. Now I’ve started my own farm to raise my own meat. I’m eating my own pork and a friend’s beef while I do the Paleomedicina diet. I go in this week for ultrasound and blood tests. So far no growth in 5 months of measurement. I feel different this month and hope it’s not just my imagination but I’m also hopeful for tumor shrinkage. I’ve also done many water fasts. In 2022, before diagnosis, I did a 23 day fast and probably ten 72-96 hour fasts. Then when I found out about my cancer I did a 14 day water fast. It’s hard for me to do long fasts and keep the farm going!! I know Dr. Chaffee and Paleomedicina are not big fans of fasting and I agree because both of my long fasts have ended earlier than planned due to me listening to my body. I think the fasts can really be hard on us. I’m currently on day 3 of hopefully another 14 day fast but I’m doing it one day at a time since it’s a very physical time of year and I get so tired no matter how much salt I take!! But I decided to go against plan because I have a sense my immune system could use a boost. Seems like research has been showing these fasts push a restart button on the immune system. I’m resolved to do Carnivore and even Paleomedicina’s very strict diet the rest of my life to keep Cancer away. I’m a dark chocolate addict (I actually LOVE 100% dark chocolate!), so that was very hard to give up. Peanut butter has also been something I crave. Coffee and tea were comforts I no longer have. Anyhow, I try to share about my path as often as possible (and it’s not brave like yours!). If it wasn’t for people like you and so many sharing their stories on RUclips, I would have caved to the terrible treatment plan my 5 star oncologist had in mind for me. Prof. Seyfried shares a whole list of practitioners knowledgeable about metabolic therapy. I’m so fortunate to be working with Dr. Lemanne in Ashland, Oregon now. So thank you so very much and I wish the best for everyone trusting themselves and trying to heal themselves and avoid toxic therapies 🙏🏽

    I put my husband on Dr Syfried's therapeutic keto diet and he lived two years with the worst most untreatable unmethylated GBM. He couldn't maintain the diet after about 16months once he was put on dexamethazone (for swelling), against my request. He could not stop eating on dexamethazone. He quickly put on vast amounts of weight and went down quickly. He passed away. In my heart I believe he would still be with us had he remained on that diet.

      Agree, my sister has had cancer twice and won't give up socializing, which in her circle contains alcohol and lots of carbs and sugars in their "foods." She gets very irritated when I talk about this diet and what foods to eat for health. It's the socializing that she loves, alcohol/food are her 2nd love. Breaks my heart that she doesn't see the destructive path she is on, but mother was like that with her cigarettes. No pleading, crying, science etc deters them for some reason, like it does me.

    • @LTPottenger
      @LTPottenger Год назад +6

      @@tallcedars2310 It's addictive behavior. I do a lot of fasting and have progressively cleaned up my diet but the more I look into it the more obvious it becomes that meat, fish, eggs and maybe dairy is our real diet and anything else is bad news.

    • @tallcedars2310
      @tallcedars2310 Год назад +2

      @@LTPottenger Yes, I think you are right, she is addicted to socializing/foods, since she lives for it every weekend.
      Although, I was elated when my sister recently asked me if I fasted. My hopes are that she is thinking of making changes to her diet, as she is very fatigued after work. Her doctor adjusted her thyroid medication (1st cancer site), she said it helped.
      The diet you mention is what I am doing and agree, it's the only way to eat to increase health and longevity in life. In an attempt at learning to listen to my body, if I feel like fasting I will, if I feel fine, I will keep eating. I have never really listened to what the body is saying, but have made some ground with eating when I feel like it and stopping when I am feeling full. But really, on this diet, it's about doing what one feel they need to.

      "Analysis of 210 stone tools from the site of Kathu Pan in South Africa shows that people were probably hunting with stone-tipped spears by about 460,000 years ago, roughly 200,000 years earlier than previously believed."
      www.archaeology.org/issues/81-1303/trenches/523-south-africa-earliest-spears
      And those were stone spear heads. Who knows how long they were using sharpened sticks as spears before that. And either way, there were stone tools used for cutting and killing animals for at least 3.3 million years, and crush stones used to break open the skulls of dead animals to get at the brains before that

My best friend also had glioblastoma and survived three years with multiple surgeries. I always saw it as a death sentence. My brother died due to GBM about 5 years ago. Keto was mentioned as potentially helping, but it was not something recommended. Doctors tend to recommend medications, as they want to test protocols. My brother did chemo and radiation treatments during the initial 6 months. Unfortunately, he had steroid psychosis and his mind split into multiple personalities just prior to his final chemo/radiation treatments. Fortunately, after the final treatments, his mind did come back together and he lived about 18 months in a somewhat normal life. At the end, they had to take him off the cocktail that was keeping the GBM at bay, since the meds were destroying his blood cells. Once they took him off the meds, his GBM grew again and he died within a few months.
    Since then, I have learned more about nutrition and fasting. Unfortunately, it was a few years late for my brother.

    I also told my aunt about the autophagy that happens when fasting, e.g. with Cole Robinson's snake diet fasting approach.

In fact my mom sent it to me regarding “the importance of carbs in the diet.” They mention studies on cancer and diabetes and speak about multiple elements. I don’t base all my knowledge on science studies, rats or humans, alone. I value anecdata, people experience in their daily lives with all the parameters present including sunlight and healthy water. I would love you and the other carni docs to go through the claims brought up in the podcast. They’re arguing for low fat high carb to starve cancer. Though a quote is “not cure, but improve.” So … that might be the distinguishing factor!
    Link to Apple podcast below in separate comment just in case this gets deleted by YT. It’s mercola’s latest.

      Yeah so gadolinium doesn't really exit the body unfortunately, or at least not very well. So the more of these scans you get the more it will build up, and it can become dangerous. So in our department we start pulling back and spacing out scans to avoid this issue. And depending on what you are looking for, non-contrast MRI can still give quite good information. A little red tumor and check for high grade changes though, contrast can be helpful better because there is more uptake when it becomes high grade.

    For later stage cancer i think you need plenty of fasting as even protein and fat still causes small amounts of insulin which can be a growth factor. I think the key thing is to reduce the insulin resistance as fast as possible which fasting does as insulin resitance is behind the high glucose levels. On carnivore any excess protein through glucogenasis will cause high blood sugar if you have insulin resitance which cancer suffers have. So i say fasting is key as well as a low carb diet.

    Cancer uses glucose as it's primary fuel to live. Cut it out completely and it may limit the cancer growth. Cancer can also use glutamine as a fuel source which is almost impossible if not impossible to avoid in the diet however some things can reduce glutamine in the body, green tea, resveratol, cucumin, ursolic acid and a few other things. If I had Cancer, I would go full keto (high quality natural), fast and limit calories and take supplements that can block glutamine. I would also eat garlic, ginger and broccoli sprouts and practice stress reduction techniques. I would then see if surgery could be used to extract the cancer. I would approach chemo and radiation with caution. Just my view and zero advice intended, just what I would do.

    I too have trouble keeping coffee off the menu. I had endometrial cancer. I believe it is gone I also had migraines. With strict keto the 3 day migraines changed to ocular migraines ( no pain). Then when I switched to organic coffee the ocular migraine went away.
    Over this holiday weekend I drank regular coffee with my daughter and immediately got an ocular migraine
    If you can’t give up coffee completely try organic. The problem may be the pesticides instead of the coffee itself

    Thk you for the video. Like many people, i drink too much coffee, you briefly mention a few problems with drinking coffee about 18minutes in, can you further explore these comments in another video or refer me to other research, so we can make an informed decision about coffee?

    Hi, Thanks a lot for an amazing content! I am slowly decreasing veggies on my Keto, is it a good strategy to go gradualy? Another question - how about levels of Calcium on a dairy free Carnivore diet? Thank You in advance!

      Thank you very much! And that's great, just keep eating more fatty meat and less and less veggies until you can finally eliminate them and you should be fine. For me I did great just going cold turkey, and a lot of people find that it's easiest for them to do that because otherwise they'll never really get going. If you're already in the process of this and already doing mostly meat-based keto, you are probably in a position that you can eliminate these things off gradually. However if you aren't eating that many veggies at the moment then it's fine to just drop them all together, and you will start feeling absolutely fantastic especially after week 2. There are some people that run into trouble cutting down from a very high oxalate diet to quickly, but not everyone. If you're not eating tons of oxalates though then you don't necessarily have to wean off. So it's up to you, whatever you think would work best, but if you do it gradually then have a clear plan on what you're going to drop or reduce and when, and when your final endpoint is going to be on getting rid of all of them and just going meat and water. Good luck!

      But now you don't need to take in extra calcium. Your body gets enough calcium from meat and it utilizes it much better. Also you're not taking it a ton of oxalates and other garbage that are going to strip your body of calcium in the first place, making your requirements for dietary calcium all that much higher. Carnivores throughout the world that only eat meat are still able to grow and maintain bones throughout their life after all.

      @@anthonychaffeemd Thanks a lot :) Decreasing veggies and nuts is not a problem with me :) First time I started Keto ~3 years ago was cold turkey. Keto flu was nothing compared to my depression and weakness, but I have lost too many weight over ~9 months so decided to go back to some carbs to gain weight for winter :) I was 43 Y.O. then, at height of 182 cm after Keto dropped to 63,5 kg. Felt ok, but winter was really cold for me without extra fat :D Now I think I want to stop at 72 kg, I am not big boned, nor athletic..
      Once again big Thanks for Your work, greetings from Lithuania :D Looking forward for new videos ;)
      Sorry for bad english :)
