I got two Haohmaru runs in Soulcalibur VI Normal and Very Hard with the later being a very good run. I have a lot of fun playing as him in this game. Great run man, you should be proud.
An english voice actor?! Cant say im surprised considering waaaay back in Soul Calibur 2 Heihachi also had an english voice actor. But its not the same. Also, does he have a story mode, kinda like geralt or is this a Tekken 7 scenario where none of the guest characters (with the exception of Akuma) had any sort of importance? Considering that 2b didnt had also, so im not having my hopes up.
Haohmaru is an Traditional Samurai but he can speak perfect English

Good point. They should geographically-specific accents. In the Samurai Shodown animated movie, Charlotte had a French accent.

To answer your question no Haohmaru and 2B don't have a story mode. I am very happy that Haohmaru came to the game.
