You're going to keep breaking belts with you bend that v belt over backwards with belt tensioner because the v belts ain't meant to be bent over backwards you need to find a defender way. To tight the belt to where it not being bent backward
it was pretty obvious the new belt needed tensioning before attempting to start that big shaker screener with enough inertia to smoke the loose belt and then the amplitude of the shaker throws it off 3 belts in a row until the last one😳
Am I understanding that correctly a 40K weld job!!..his investor better start asking for receipts. It sounds like he gave him a blank check, cause he didnt know what his money is being spent on. In discovery’s world that makes it dramatic, well it’s idiotic same as some of the gold rush staged dramatic things. I’d never get bored or watching genuine ordinary day to day dredging or mining with gold weighing at the end. I’m Sure Shawn, Parker, Tony etc think you’ve lost the plot most of the time.
Having discover pay you thousands per day sure beats havimg to mine for gold...BTW; Series.was.canceled, so, no more wasted belts(or any other staged disasters)...
