I believe having either the mods “Harvest All” or “Harvest Post Mortem” would make your job easier, and so far, if you are up for having more people to kindly borrow organs from, you could always download the “Non Lethal weapons” mod which fixes the issue of you crushing people’s head in so easily.
May I suggest setting up a prisoner arena (using the prisoner arena mod) as V.O.I.D had a TV show where they pitted prisoners against each other for their entertainment with the promise of "freedom" (here's the proof ruclips.net/video/TovhaoDNXrA/видео.html) Also, Questionable Ethics Plus allows you to harvest more organs.
