The little high pitched melody is called counter point, basically when another melody is doing it’s own thing while the vocal melody does its own thing and so these 2 melodies are simultaneously following their own rhythms yet harmonizing. Then of course the beat just has a steady rhythm that everyone can easily get behind. Bass boosted which gives comfort and makes u aggressive and wanna jam along. The melody sounds happy cuz it’s in a major key, as pop usually is. That’s all I know that’s going on, I’m not an expert at all on music theory :P
It’s somewhat nostalgic to me as my ex really liked this song when it reached its peak in early 2021. However, it now slightly scares me because of that past relationship.
