- I'm back! It's been some time, but I'm here in The Maldives! This was a completely unplanned and unexpected trip, but a bucketlist destination nonetheless! I booked the flight only the day before and haven't done any research. Can I travel the Maldives on a budget without any prior organisation?

I actually had another 3 months in Sri Lanka between October - January just gone, but I wanted that time for myself and so I didn't make any videos during that period to be honest
Maldives like experience is in Lakshadweep Islands in India too. it is right next to Maldives and has similar beaches but tourism is not as developed as Maldives in Lakshadweep so it is way cheaper. but the colour of water, the beaches, the people, the coral reefs everything is very similar in Lakshadweep as to Maldives. thing about India is most beautiful places of the country are all hidden.
To be honest, I've never heard of those islands before! I've just had a look and immediately added them to my list because they look incredible!
@@TheWanderLife another place for great beaches in India- Andaman Islands which is close to Lakshadweep standard.
@@sunny-mo1zy Yea the Andamans are on my list, as are the Nicobar islands. Perhaps I'll head there after I've visited the north

Sounds amazing! I'm actually in India currently - but up in Goa, so not sure that I'll be heading down to Kerala, but for sure I'll save that one for a future visit 🙂
