My guess is the mother went to church a lot when she was pregnant, so the baby is probably familiar with the priest's voice from when the mum was pregnant. This is why they tell parents to talk to babies while they are still pregnant with them coz they will recognize the voice when they are born.

I think babies pick on pure holy energy and such when they are young, I'm Muslim and we have something in Islam similar to baptism, we recite in the ear of the child the call of the God, and I've seen so many new borns and babies smile during hearing that, it's so precious, praise be God all mighty

Looked like grandma was stressing over the baby a little bit, well a lot, lol, and It was cute the way the mom would hurry and turn her baby away from the Priest but, it’s okay to allow your babies to interact. It’s a good sign that they are on their way to having good emotional and social skills! Don’t most babies cry during a baptism? Baptism is when you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal saviour and believe that He died on the cross to save your soul.
A baby isn't saved from going to Hell Fire because you baptism them.

I feel the same, i once saw a baby smiled for no reason while waiting for the green light and everybody started to do the same while saying how cute that baby was😄
So true! On a flight there was a little baby across the aisle from me and he couldn't take his eyes off me. I smiled at him and he was off, cooing and giggling every time l glanced at him. Pretty soon everyone in the two rows was smiling and chuckling.

Baby doesn't know about baptism.. he/she just liked the person in front of them.. he/she may enjoy an actual baptism in the future when he/she decides to be a follower of Jesus
