This story points out an important issue with cheaters. STD's are real. This shows why you can't keep a cheater. So many people out their that caught permanent diseases and infect their spouse's.

This story is very confused. So she has an STD, and he doesn't get tested? That would have been my FIRST step. I'm assuming that her suddenly available phone was her way of letting him know about the STD without having to tell him? Per the story line she had guarded it, and suddenly she leaves it on the counter unlocked? huh? No mention of their s*x life, which is key to understanding whether he was in danger of contracting the aforementioned STD.
And the "proof" is definitely weak. Screen caps of text messages? Seems like the husband is just phoning this one in. And of course no information about the husband's potential for having an STD. Wish this story had been more complete and well-thought out.....

He is not touching her anyway who cares

    • @paulstraney5056

@@stda613 Well, their bedroom history is not touched upon, nor is it clearly said he no longer was touching her, or when they stopped. It would have been possible for her to pass it on even before obvious symptoms appeared, so it is possible that the husband could have picked it up even before he found out through her texts, IF he had been having unprotected relations with her, which again, is not specified in the story.
I mean, in his position, I would not have touched her from the second I discovered the affair, but not everyone is that way, so the story needed to be specific in order to give us a basis for understanding of exactly what was going on. It would really be unfortunate if she gave him herpes, but would certainly add a new layer to the story and to the depth of the wife's betrayal, as she never directly told him about it, a disease that will impact the rest of his life.

Why is it the ones who uncover the affairs, get blamed for the affair. It's like that when 3 people are involved. Not just sex, my sister and her husband blamed me for me telling her that her son got a girl pregnant. My ex husband and his wife blamed me for a multitude of crap. Because every time there's 3 people, 2 will go against the one who had nothing to do with what was going on in their lives. Think about it, maybe it's happened to you, you just didn't pay attention....

      I understand your point.
I feel the same around the whole C*ck hold narrative for all men being cheated. It is for simps accepting it.
Things are flipped in this world. It used to be if a person cheats it says more about the cheater and their character. Now it is the victim that gets accused.

-And sometimes the medication doesn't help by causing its own miriad of complications. It's a whole vicious cycle at that point.
Then the mental health issues arising from and accaserbated by the social stigma, not to mention the career and marriage ruining public scandal. It was mentioned quick but the family ostracization didn't help either, deserved tho. In this case it'd all add up to pretty much super-AIDS.

Can we turn down the emotional but hollow exposition and add more explicit descriptions of plans and actions? The generalities of MC's "perfect masterpiece plan of revenge" is pretty lackluster when it's just an exposé at the company party. All his "meticulous evidence gathering" is the only explanation for wild assumptions later.
If you're not good enough to write Machiavellian plots, then just don't. Without the substance to back up these outlandish descriptions it just doesn't add up to a good story.

    • @justinmetzger1272

Also, when your apparent theme is highlighted in the story, stop repeating it every 3rd paragraph. It's like trying to read Ayn Rand, stop beating the listener over the head with it. Less is more and don't worry, we get it trust me.
