  • The final video in a series of lectures on the use of perfusion CT of the brain in patients (with suspected) acute ischemic stroke. In the previous we talked extensively about the spectrum of abnormalities that can be seen in patients with acute ischemic stroke, how to analyze and interpret these imaging findings and the role they can play in selecting patients for reperfusion therapy when they present outside the time window. In this video we'll discuss some technical aspects, potential pitfalls and stroke mimics that can be identified on perfusion-CT.
    Part 1 - Principles of Perfusion-CT
Part 2 - Pathophysiology of Acute Ischemic Stroke
Part 3 - Analyzing and interpreting your perfusion images
    Part 4 - Perfusion-CT for treatment selection
Part 5 - Pitfalls and mimics on perfusion-CT
