a great way to assure your eating chicken that is fully cooked is to get a meat thermometer, the internal temperature of the cooked chicken should be 75 degrees Celsius (165 Fahrenheit)
Yes! I always thermometer mine to determine if it’s done. I’ve had to put it back a few times to cook longer because it didn’t reach the right internal temp
