I question some of the facts. These stories are 100% from the prisoner’s mouth. Most people make themselves seem better and make punishments sound worse. I don’t question there being horrible treatments. I do question parts such as I made a comment to another inmate about food portions and was stacked by 15 guards. Hmm if telling the guy next to you a guard probably wouldn’t even hear you, so he probably did something, also it would be physically impossible for 15 guards to actively beat him. He’ll try it yourself. Have 15 friends sorround you and see how many can reach you and have enough room to then swing a fist / foot. Probably get half or less of that number. I also wonder what their crime was as I lose all sympathy for pedophiles and murderers and don’t really care what happens to them at that point as they are demons on earth.

Prison isn't meant to be fun but treating humans with barbaric torture is unacceptable no matter what they have done. It seems the prisons are filled with Psychopaths and I'm not talking about the Prisoners... It's only going to stop when enough people demand reform.. through PROPER channels. Furthermore, Punishment has never solved anything but Rehabilitation has changed many lives for the better..
it does on thai prisons cause the beating make criminals disabled for life which forces them to quit crime for good if we use those same brutal punishments and inhumane conditions we would easily break criminals mentally and physically
People talk about prison reform but they just haven’t thought about how bad the idea of prison really is. You can’t reform something you don’t know how extensive the need actually is.
In wartime guatemala, they used to put guerilla prisioners in holes full of water, they placed metal grills on top so the prisoners had sometjing to hold on to and not drown
Prisons should be places for rehabilitation, getting the prisoners prepared for life on the outside, so they don't wind up back in prison when they're released. Getting abused doesn't help prepare for life outside.
I did time in a terrible prison Upstate New York, there were numerous horrible things that happened there, the guards we're very abusive. In one instance one day there was an inmate in a wheelchair and he went to the officer to ask if you could be sent to Medical because he was feeling a pain in his chest and he had a prior heart condition the officer told him that he probably only had heartburn and that he should go back to bed knowing that he wasn't going to get anywhere he did As Told and never woke up that man died right there in his bed and this happened in 2021. The officer was not fired just made to do a week of training and came back to the same position as if nothing happened.
Keep in mind that most of these stories or accusations are coming from the inmates. I am not saying that some of these accusations are not true, but it is one side of the story. I worked at a private prison in Idaho for over 14 years and it was amazing to me what people believed actually happened at that prison. In all of my years working in corrections, I never witnessed anything close to what some of these accusations claim to have occurred. Don't get me wrong, prison is no place to spend any part of your life but it seems as though many of these stories are embellished and there is not much fact checking going on. There is always at least two sides to a story and many times many sides to any story. Don't believe everythig you read or hear.

Just imagine they will do all of that in death row it will be nightmare
There's no difference between this and regular US prisons today.
Great content
Salt water is always fun !! You never know whats gonna grab your line !!! I keep only my limit ,or a few for the freezer , others are released !!! 😊
People talk about prison reform but they just haven’t thought about how bad the idea of prison really is. You can’t reform something you don’t know how extensive the need actually is.
Ah the land of the free, which also has the largest prison population in history.
The most brutal according to me is: Treated worst than a dog. And Captain America.
AT least they werent turned into HUMAN CENTIPEDES
10:52 those officers honestly deserved it after the rest of the punishments
Edit : 11:20 explains why

I have to pay women to put me on a leash and humiliate me. No fair!
I hope you're a narcissist (or enabling-codependent), and would pay to know your in prison IRL!

Lower left corner
I would tell you some of the things that were done to me... however, I would not be believed!
In wartime guatemala, they used to put guerilla prisioners in holes full of water, they placed metal grills on top so the prisoners had sometjing to hold on to and not drown
If jail and prison wasn’t enough this is modern day torture
Oh America land of the free and brutal prison guard’s
is no one gonna talk about how those guys got treated like dogs as a "punishment"
Agreed. I wanna go to prison just so I can be walked like a dog
Furries in the comments be like :
Almost 10 mil gang
"What we need is a great feat of strength."
Some guys pay good money for what the guards did in Alaska
All of these animals that put people through this kind of thing are complete cowards, and deserve to be treated as they treated the prisoners.
Prison guards: WE GO HARD!!!!!!
Alcatraz: *Allow me to introduce myself*
😐
I dont think prisoners deserve this much torture.. Like if u agree.
Karens:tHey dESeVe iT.
What Captain America did to that prisoner though 😬😬😬😬
The most brutal punishment is to force the prisoner to watch Never Gonna Give You Up again and again
Jokes on Ou i'm into this somg

The Lucifer effect. This book shows how the atmosphere effects the person and how it usually is not "a few bad apples" but "a bad barrel" sittuation.

I never want to break the law now
