Dude tune your printer, your extrusions look absolutely atrocious and that's not normal.
You might think "Well that's what i get for 200$" but no that's not normal quality even for the worst printer out there.
3d printer is a complicated tool that requires an appropriate technology, speed, temps and all, and you aren't using it right.

  • @thermolux2267

You have a problem with the flow of filament from the nozzle. Your prints look as if any layer has hardly ever been printed. such prints are easy to separate because the layers do not stick to each other.

@02:29: Nice work. I see a collision problem with your z-axis servo that sits in the pivot block. The second linkage leaver should be bowed-out right were the servo arm connects to the linkage lever arm. The first linkage lever arm should be bowed-in. This will allow both linkages to pass each other and not collide. Of course I can be wrong. That's my Two Cents. xD

those 3d prints look like the stepper drivers are over heating due to too much current or not enough cooling on the motherboard. I assume all your parts are quite fragile in result of that.

    look good but
    super limited moves
    ultra complex & heavy
basic hexapod motion requiert only a single motor for all the six legs
    mg996 servo rate 15kg/cm for 100gr
mean your 30cm lever let a single kg of total power for a side of the walker
when the 12 servos weight already 1.2kg alone

Those 3D Prints look kinda terrible... Concerning the Dampers, you could easily have printed them standing upright this getting perfectly cylindrical dimensions or work with press-fit metal rods and bushings to achieve a much better result - Having a 3D Printer that can do "anything" is no excuse to not also consider other materials that do a better job than an entirely 3D Printed part - I mean... You DID use regular bearings!
