That security guy was either told off for threatening a citizen's arrest or realised he'd done something he shouldn't have done and that's why he brought out the coffee.
His attitude is utterly disgusting though especially when he said "I'm not rude or aggressive" said in such a leading manner that it definitely sounded like he was saying you'd said that.
He knew exactly what he was doing with each of his words and is a total embarrassment to that club.
It was clearly just banter saying he'd citizens arrest him. He knows he's in no fit state to citizens arrest anyone. His tone was never aggressive or intimidating throughout.

In most cases he couldn't place you under citizens arrest for trespassing anyway.
It would have to be alongside a more serious offence that could be considered criminal that they could then make a citizen's arrest.
If he had made a citizen's arrest for one foot being partially on a brick then the courts would take an exceptionally dim view of that if they were sued for the arrest.
Utterly shameful to threaten a member of the public with that.

Wouldn't it be easier to explain immediately (to someone who obviously doesn't know the law) that flying a drone over a piece of land isn't the same as entering the piece of land. I understand it makes for good content but would shorten these videos down by about 50%
