BTW, I've flipped my Physics class with your help (and Khan Academy), so thank you very much. And as long as I'm here, how about practice problems for each video? Maybe your faithful subscribers could provide them?
Glad to know you are flipping your students' learning. I find it is a much better way to learn. With regards to practice problems, I think I already provide plenty for free and will not be undertaking that.
I'm afraid that the website for ancient artillery has gone inactive (go-daddy is trying to sell it to you when you go there). Is the company still in operation?
I liked the Nerd-a-pult and looked for it. As you probably know they are not virtual anymore. I even searched the US Patent office for a patent... nope. So, perhaps if this is defunct you could post the dimensions and I could build a similar device... I would like to have a decent projectile launcher for my classroom. I only have one decent one and unlike Billy, Bobby and Bo, my students' eyes glaze over when I demo... Maybe it's me? Or do you have recommendations for equipment that I haven't seen?
Yes, the small company that made the Nerd-a-Pult seems to be no longer, which is sad. Rather than making a catapult of your own, I would suggest having students build them as a group project, it's what I do and the students seem to enjoy it.

Bummer. I have his business card ... somewhere. If I can locate it, I'll give him a call and see if I can learn what is going on.
Found the card. Does not have a phone number or email. Only has website and physical address listed. Looks like I'm going to write a letter!
@@FlippingPhysics Bit late to the conversation. What happened after you sent the letter?
@@keerthanasatheesh9639 Unfortunately, I never got a reply. I do not know what happened to the nerd-a-pult creators. Makes me a bit sad.
@@FlippingPhysics sorry to hear it
