My initial impression is that this software is more or less a solid platform and documenting the whole process of product development, which can be used for auditing later on. Few things springs to mind after watching this whole video. One, this platform is huge and time consuming. I am not sure product managers and product operation team will find this platform incrementally and exponentially beneficial. I am not a product manager, but a product developer. Another issue is that this platform can be an amazingly upscaling for project managers and teams. But for product managers, I just find the platform overwhelming and might even be prohibitively friction creator. One caveat, I haven’t started using it yet, and my view is only based on first impression.
Great product management and software delivery process!! It’s funny that PMs at Atlassian use Jira for everything BUT write user stories.. “that’s for engineers”… when value and user experience is clear for everyone and documented..
