Best regards from Germany - it is time to show the world how beautiful Bulgaria is. i had visited more than 30 countries, including kazahkstan, russia, romania, florida, the caribbean etc. but Bulgaria is my love. i have a real estate company in Hamburg for 23 years now and founded a second company in Bulgaria 3 years ago. My bulgarian friends and partners are very professionell, educated and friendly. Very smart people, mountains, nature, beaches and sunshine. Top restaurants and fresh food. I am telling all Germans to go to Bulgaria for vacation or retirement. It is the best place in Europe for living. In 3 years i will leave Germany and live in Bulgaria the whole year. We will be there again in 10 days - it is hard to wait... ;-)

8:25 Spot on! You got all three of them right. That's what I love about this Sveti Vlas-Sunny beach-Nessebar. You got a well kept, family friendly resort, party place and history in culture in virtually 20 minute ride from point to point. Something to please any taste

Thank you for making this video. I'm always curious about how foreigners see Bulgaria, what do they think or feel. For us Bulgarians it's all kind of basic and habitual, we don't get easily impressed by our own places unless it's something really spectacular. Have you seen Rila Monastery? I think you must.

As a Bulgarian I can tell you that Nessebar and Sunny Beach is just a small piece of what you can actually see. There is a lot more to see: If you want beaches - go to south and north (Veleka beach, Kavaci, Golden Fish camp.), if you want history - Veliko Turnovo, Etur, Triavna, Sofia, Plovdiv, Koprivshtica, if you want mauntaining - Rila, Pirin, Rhodope etc.

I live in the UK for many years now, but am from Nessebar. Many years ago, St. Vlas was one little village, but today, it has become a beautiful place to visit, thanks to the two brothers Dinevi, who have build most of St. Vlas hotels and other buildings.

Bear in mind, winters there can be harsh. And usually the Black Sea coast on that part of the sea is colder during spring as opposed to The eastern part of it. Autumn can be pretty warm though. So there's that weird climate in that region where warm weather is a bit shifted towards the second half of the year. So if you expect to be chilling on the beach in May I have to disappoint you. That said the weather from mid June till the end of October(optimistically) is pretty stable there. Although my statement could be proven wrong if overall the year is warm.

Actually, the ruins are from vizantium and they are older than Roman empire. The small church in the center of Nessebar was built 4000 years ago. That's like 1500 years older than Roman empire. The problem is that in Europe everybody thinks that the Roman things are the oldest because the watch gladiator on TV.
