Take a lutein supplement every day without fail, eat plenty of organic carrots and foods with Vitamin A - orange natural foods like squash, pumpkin, carrots. Organic castor oil is also excellent for us. Plenty of You Tube videos on improving eye health. You've got this. We can heal ourselves by giving our bodies and cells what we need.
