Pirate: "Guybrush Threepwood? That's the stupidest name I've ever heard!"
Guybrush: "Hey! What's your name then?"
    Pirate: "Mancomb Seepgood."

Same here friend 👍 did you know that the melody is a song from the 18th century? See here: ruclips.net/video/t62Gth_nnFs/видео.html

Great compilation! (The Microsoft GS was headache-inducing, although it's good that it's included.)

It's a real drinking song, called "O, Good Ale, Thou Art My Darling", from olden times.

    Really good.
Much more variation than in most soundcard comparison videos.

Fantastic. My favourite one is the cd audio version and then the Roland one.

Quality aside (because it's obvious), here's how I rank them in terms of how well they sound:
    8. Mac II
    7. Game Blaster
    6. Sound Blaster
    5. HD Audio (The trumpets at the end make it sound bad, also the rythm is off in some sections)
    4. Microsoft GS
    3. Amiga
    2. CD Audio
    1. Roland MT32

The Amiga is clearly the best version

Honestly for what it could do, that mac wasn’t half bad.

What is the purpose of including Microsoft GS? First of all it's not really Microsoft's, but sample recordings from a Roland SC-55. Second, they're only mapped to the General Midi standard, not the MT-32's own instrument order, so without the proper mapping conversion, it will sound flat out wrong, like in this video.
