Vasco shot is not that important but his healing does help because of the high HP cutting from Jinbe/Alber and you might need a healer in his place. Attach Alber with a Kaido support in order to get the threshold. 3. VS Helmeppo: 6+ Law as double captain with super type access works to deal with everything, Coby just has a better multiplier. I have V2 Brook as support on Jinbe for the damage reduction, it's not important. 4. VS Boa Hancock: Attach max LLB Zoro with any Luffy support. 5. VS S-Hawk: RR DEX Jozu support on Newgate to remove 1 turn of threshold is important (even over my other suggestions in the preparation guide) so when Newgate is activated before vasco shot 5 turns of threshold can be remaining for vasco to actually remove them. That is if you have Vasco, if not use another threshold remover. If you miss Hiyori, another unit to remove poison works.
If you get the 'helpful' stage 1 encounter, the intrusion and final boss teams kinda fall apart since they are reliant on cross guild getting a special off in stage 1 and 2
5* Kid is fine if he's boosted. 5* Alber can't provide threshold damage reduction though, so if you do not have another way to reduce the intrusion after defeat damage by a lot you will lose with the 5* version. In the Boa fight 5* Alber is fine to use

Yeah you're right, i completely forgot about that...we're gonna need DEF Up removers in that case
VS Boa Sister, Jinbe and Vivi only for boosters??

Only Rayleigh is needed in that team, everyone else is there as a booster, run whoever you like

You can try and place Newgate as captain and replace Hina with another ATK down remover, for 6 or more turns of removal
