I know when I saw that footage I was so happy I ended up recording some of those more raw moments. This day was so tough but she makes it so much better ❤️
It hurts so much because you love so much. But the memories of the ❤️ will eventually outweigh painful memories. I miss hearing Herm like so many others.
Oh Blair I totally understand what you’re going through. 6months after my husband and I got married we went with my parents to buy their puppy Bella. Well, we came home with her sister we named Izzy. This was in my eyes my first child. We had to put her down this past May. She was 15 1/2 years old and it was just too much for my family and I to see her suffer in pain. It was the hardest day of my life. We also have a memorial area for her. My youngest daughter kisses her urn every night before she goes to bed! 😢 I was so happy when you adopted Indy! You can totally tell she loves you and Matt! Merry Christmas to you and your family! 🎄🐾🌈

Watching back all the footage to make the montage I was balling when I heard it. Instantly took me back and brought me a form of comfort I didn’t even realize I was missing 😭
My favorite memories of Herman were every time you were filming and I could hear him shuffling in the background of the video. It was so cute! I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm tearing up just thinking about it. I have a little stuffy of my first dog's breed that I've kept for many many years. In a weird way, it helps me feel like she is still close ❤. My kids like it too and I get to tell them about her.
