Also, if you're truly entry level, you usually don't wait tables right off the bat, you host, bus tables, or wash dishes.

The teacher once took me aside and asked why I would let them do that, since he knew I wasn't the kind of person to cheat. I told him, "You've seen my grades in this class. If they want to disqualify themselves from playing, that's on them." He allowed me to let them cheat from then on, haha!
