It is not a bug, Riot specifically change her Dragon Q to work this way between Sundered Sky hitting PBE and it being released to live

@@xTheLindix in the elder clip it only triggers twice. When it triggers, it makes both hits of Shyv Q crit in both forms. In Dragon form, if a hit from Q crits against the primary target, it crits everything it hits
The per target CD of Sundered Sky is only applied to the main target
@@skiaelafris759 exactly, the per target CD is not consumed on AOE on secondary targets, exactly my point that this seems quite clearly like a bug. As I stated, you could proc it 3 times on 3 different champs, that are bunched up, in a row making essentially 6 hits (2per Q) crit oneshotting anything you hit thats not full tank. In the clip it does not even matter because after 2 Qs they are all dead proving my point that this is unbalanced. (mind you this is offtank shy) And this does not even take into account the 3x healing. This is a busted af interaction. I was only asking for your source that riot has coded this intentionally which I doubt as riot most of the times has no clue what any of the repercussions of their changes are. On Live release sundered sky alone had so ungodly many bugged interactions as you probably know.
@@xTheLindix The healing only occurs once per target, and only for one target at a time (it is tied to putting Sundered Sky on CD for the target).
And in this situation, Titanic Hydra would do more damage even without its active.
