मैं ने itr-1 भरा था । पर 80U की डिडक्शन लेने के लिए फॉर्म 10IA ITR फ़ाइल करने के बाद भरा इस कारण रिवाइज ITR-1 भर रहा हूँ तो लास्ट में Proceed to Validation करते समय एरर दिखता है ( Please select one of the dropdown in 'Nature of disability' in schedule 80DD) जबकि मैं इस सेक्शन की छूट न लेकर 80U की छूट ले रहा हूँ। कृपया इस समस्या का समाधान बताए

As far sa I know , 80 U deduction only handicapped person himself/herself can take , and 80 DD exemption others like handicapped person's son, daughter etc can take

Sir 80DDB kaise file karni hai ? Mere mother ko dementia hai. ITR 2 file kar rha hu mein, aur mujhe 80 DDB kahi nahi mil rha hai
10-IA form attachment mein kya upload kare aap to bataya nenhi??😢... Disability certificate upload kare ya fir medical se offline 10- IA form collect karke upload kare?? Plz reply sir
what to select in suffering from drop down for loco motor disability? I have three options in dropdown:
a) autism
b)cerebral palsy
c) multiple disabilities.

Severe I guess if combined % is more than 80%

I have a question...
M state govt employee...
I have disabled senior citizen parents.
Their disability is abv 80% .
But we don't have their disability certificate till date...( We had applied for the same ,but it will take 2 months )
I have filled ITR 1 on 31 july 2024.....
If I go through revised ITR.....can I mention this deduction without having disablity certificates ??
