Good canton recipe. Mushroom is a meat substitute. Nutritious too. Another way to cook and serve the all-time favorite pancit canton. Very clean preparation of the pata. Nice idea to throw away the broth after the first boil, not just skimming the scum. Leaves a clean broth for later use. Your pata tim is so attractive, surely delicious, too.
I am also doing the boil , throw water and wash pork before finally cooking. True, if they do not want to do it, it is their choice. But I hope, many will follow the initial step congrats again for this menu. Maaaasaaaaraaap.
