@@MrsDeissler I think there is some slight processing to sweeten what are already very, very good vocals...a touch of reverb, etc. Pretty sure it's mostly him...and even if it isn't, he had to do it in the studio, at the very least, so leave the man alone and enjoy the beautiful song! An instant classic, IMO!

that's good, though. this is one of those tracks that should be more impactful while being performed. it's a show-off ballad. the studio version still does its job in a very good way and it's very well placed on the album.

Vinayak Mhatre Abel is not the soul writer for all of his releases. I believe Abel writes most of his songs, but a lot of the lyrics & melodies in his songs are a collaborative effort. There are some songs with over 5 different writers including Illangelo (another goat) & legendary pop producer Max Martin. Not to slight Abel because he’s a legend, but he definitely has other people contributing, even as early as Trilogy he had the assistance of other songwriters like Rose & Illangelo.
