Промо 2х2 (2020)

I'm never born, raised, nor living from Russia, but I found something interesting. There's a Russian TV channel that airs animated content called Telekanal 2x2 (or Twice Two for short) and it's interesting to see the bumpers, promos, etc. posted in here. This footage contains little bumps from Bazooka Video Store, which used their old 1993 logo. This channel airs a lot of content from Adult Swim & Anime to MTV/Nickelodeon cartoons, they also make cartoons since- um, 2016...? The most notable cartoon I found from them is Suspicious Owl (an adult animated series about a detective owl) and I wish I can fan-sub them to English, but things that got me thinking are: how can I translate it to English? Would they ever noticed it & DMCA them down? Please let me know through comments and tell me what you think.
