Oh wow, I recently made my first purchase on Zara's online store and my experience was similar to yours! I bought a dress and the sleeves were too short! it also arrived with snags, but sadly it was also dirty. I contacted their costumer service and they completely ignored me. I'm honestly never buying from them again. I've bought hundreds of dollars from Shein and from a local store here (Cuidado con el Perro) and not once did I receive a dirty item. Anyway, those jeans look perfect on you! It would be nice to see a video of different ways to style them 🥰

I had to return a pink turtleneck because my size had neck area way too small too, it was choking me even if the size of whole turtleneck was not small at all.. Their stiching and sizing is a whack even if they use better fabrics than HM for most clothes.
