I never had any trouble with your channel your channel pops up on my phone every time because my notification Bell stays on because I did all of the notification setups when I first got my phone about maybe 7 or 8 years ago all of my notification setups are on blue so hopefully this information that you're showing the people can help them that are not getting your videos or other subscriber videos that they are subscribed to because it certainly helped me when I set up my notification
Two other people I subscribed to say the same thing that no one was getting notification❤

That is just on a phone - on the RUclips, there is no "notifications" in settings. Most people do not want their phones dinging all the time is why that setting is in the phone.
I went to mine and everything was on except scheduled digest. We shall see.
