I and my Kiddos Love this type cassarol. I use Velveeta Cheese, and the soups I use are 1 can cream of chicken, 1 can of broccoli cheese, and one can of cream of broccoli. I dice my chicken breast and season it and use one stick of butter to pan cook it. Then put everything together. Also, I started putting the French onions on the top for the last five minutes. My mom has two of those big silver bowls. We use them for everything. They are nice and roomy. Little trees and little trees with snow (cauliflower) is how I got my kiddo to eat veggies.

I have made this many times over the years but I add celery to the onions and sometimes use cream of celery with the cream of chicken, depending on what I have. It is such a good casserole!

My sister puts her yeast rolls in the cupcake tray. She will put to round rolls in one cup cape thingie. Let them rise and put them i theoven. They are huge when they are baked.

A good Broccoli and Rice Casserole is definitely worth the steps! The recipe I make calls for cheddar and cheez whiz, but may have to substitute with some pepper jack cheese! Yum!!
