I have about 12 totes of Christmas decor. 2 yrs. ago I gave up 1/2 of what I have, and this yr. I only put 1/2 of that, so I will be downsizing again. Thankfully, our ladies group is having a thrift sale coming up. I do decorate for all seasons, even Valentines, but, I am sick of all the totes controlling my life. I am at the stage of my life that I am doing less. But your decorating is just beautiful!
You don’t mention a family and yet you decorate your large home so beautifully…I find after my husband died a couple years ago and only one of my childrens family lives here it’s hard for me to decorate as lavishly as I used to
New year used to be different when I was in my 20’s 🤣🤦♀️ ….but now (40) I’m hanging around the house with my husband and kids. I would like to start a tradition with my little ones for new years, maybe games, or something memorable. We’re not party people but we have a big family so we could technically have a little family party at our house I love to host. I just feel like most working adults with children just try to get as much rest as they can when they can 😂
A minute in and I am already impressed by the pristine white, all matching bins that you store decorations in. Then there's me with the totally random blue, clear, red, and cracked bins. 😉
Your home looked amazing however I’m trying to figure out why you would want to do SO much decorating. That’s a lot of work. Do you entertain a lot during Christmas? So many dishes. Looks like a Christmas store. Guess you could open up your house if you wanted to sell the Christmas decor. Did you have any help putting it up and down. I got tired just watching you. Looked beautiful!
Wow would love a garage n store room. I have to crawl I to my attic to push Christ decor into eaves. Back breaking n bang head. Takes 4 hours as - like you - have a ton of decor. Love your work.
