That place ain't cheap. But lots of fun things to do in TO. My sister lives there and was able to buy a house.
But I think she and her husband will move here eventually. And I LOVE the view and being on the water!

Honestly as someone that just bought their second house the best advice is save and wait for the best time in the market. You don't want to buy when everyone is buying as the prices will be high, a recession is the best time to buy as sellers are desperate to sell and will knock 100k off the list price. When you're house hunting pre-fi is important and a 20% down is too to avoid extra insurance costs. Don't look for move in ready houses but find ones that you can afford and handle the amount of renovation. Also pool your money with family to maximize your home potential.
