Well you could punish it by doing either a teleportation with Scorpion or throwing a projectile it has a long enough animation for you too so yes there are punishes for that move it's just the matter of timing

PS5 is better than PC and I’d say pick a character you wanna learn and then watch RUclips tutorials!

I do understand that meters is so important to scorpion since he needs lotta meters to do damages as well as cancels. But seeing your forward 42 getting flawless blocked into a 30% makes me sad.
