that takes way too long the product would be skinning over before the bead hit it

Not over kill if its epoxy. But for god sakes fill the gap in on your arrows people they look like crap .
This example shows that there is more waste, it should be the opposite
To my eyes it looks like this product would actually result in a more uniform coating of reflective material, and that it would save quite a bit of time on the part of whomever is applying the glass beads. It also seems much less wasteful than haphazardly throwing handfuls of glass beads onto the paint.
Talk about overkill!!
