Have you had success with the SIM connection yet. I have a SIM in which shows Connected, 3 bars, Cloud connection on Auto, yet when the LAN cable is disconnected, it does not switch over to cellular Cloud connection. Can you assist. (Local Hik support is frustratingly poor!!!)
