In all seriousness, your health is in a critical state, and it's good to see you doing things like walking when the temperatures aren't too crazy, and getting in the pool. It's better than nothing, and you should aim to do it for a little while each day. Do that and work on getting your diet in a better place, you'd be surprised at the results you'd have.

Oh well, let me tell you that all the symptoms you are having unfortunately it's because of your kidneys are not working well and they are starting all the mechanisms of the kidney failure. How I do know, well my mom is 4 stage of kidney disease and my husband on stage 1, unfortunately. Both had and still have the same symptoms you described.

I hope you keep going with your health journey. My dog has stage 3 kidney failure and proteins in your urine could be a sign of kidney issues.That is how they found out that my dog had kidney failure. First thing was a kidney diet to keep his kidney disease from getting worse.I truly hope you get your diet under control.The VET said diet is the number one thing I could do for my dog to keep the disease from progressing.He pees all the time.Have you had a urinalysis done ? Did you have white blood cells in your urine ? Hopefully you have improved your diet as that can make a big difference. I am getting ready to watch this new video.Awe those poor homeless kittens are so sad.Why is the desert fenced off ? To keep the camels in ? The heat is a killer for us chunky girls and humidity....I lived in Iowa for 13 years and moved back to Colo last year I am thankyou for the weather here.lol It was hard for me in Iowa. Chantal I couldn’t post on your most current video. But I will be praying for you. I’m actualy sick to right now it came on all of a sudden I literaly puked and was in the bathroom all day. Love the camels....pretty brave of you to get so close. Well done for trying the stairs but please be extra careful about losing your footing. I used to struggle myself with lots of stairs, and I remember how it felt, like you're going to explode. It will start to get easier if you start losing weight...that worked for me and they don't bother me at all now. Don't try too much at once...just gradually increase how much you can do.

You certainly look like you’ve lost weight. It’s really nice seeing you out and about. I do enjoy seeing the desert and camels. Eastern Oregon has that desert vibe. Your swimming vlogs are great. You said once, that you didn’t feel any pain moving around in the water. If so, I would suggest moving your arms and legs as much a possible. I think that is your best option for exercise right now, in my opinion. I’m quite overweight and suffer daily pain from years of surgeries. If I had access to a pool and was brave enough to wear a swimsuit in public, I would love to exercise that way. I applaud you for starting that. For the last few months, I’ve been chair dancing before my hip replacement. I was working on fitness dances before it became painful. So the drs encouraged me to use a chair and 1-2 lb arm weights if I could. They wanted me to strengthen my arms and upper body/core. Something like that may be helpful to you. Just don’t overdo things. And follow you drs guidelines for your health. I’ve gained alot of weight and it’s causing problems now. I’m finding that making changes and getting in the ‘zone’ are very hard. Even doing the dances I love. So I have a long way to go, as well. There is a song from one of those old Christmas videos, like Rudolph or Frosty, that starts with, ‘Put one foot in front of the other, and soon you’ll be walking across the floor. Put one foot in front of the other and soon you’ll be walking out the door’. Kind of cheesy, but true. I’ve rambled too much lol. Wish you all the best.
