i know this is just a tutorial but seriously, your videos provide me a comfort like no other. not only is the aesthetic always on point but when you speak, it doesn't feel surface level yk? like you feel so genuine, so in-touch with the world and so REAL. i love when i can watch a video and i don't feel like I'm being spoken to as if I'm a robot or something. not sure if that makes sense but truly, i love your channel and i look forward to your uploads!

As someone who has dealt with serious insomnia, the main things that have helped me are:
1) Getting sunlight first thing in the morning and minimum 20 mins of sunlight a day. Do not underestimate this. I go on daily walks for 25 minutes, and sit outside for at least 10 minutes right after I wake up everday. This has been the most useful thing for my sleep.
2) Taking Glycine, Magnesium Threonate, L Theanine, Vitamin D3, and Ashwagandha an hour before bed.
3) Reading an hour before bed in a dim lit room and stopping all electronics an hour before bed (phone, tv, games, laptop, etc.)
4) Not eating before bed and cutting out all caffeine.
