May Allah have mercy on the sheikh and the whole ummah. Please educate me if this kuthba is the only one between adhan and the jummah prayer? Because in my country the imam do kuthba in Arabic with no one understand what the imam said. We regard the kuthba as a sunnah to hear but not understanding a word. I just want to ask if it can be done only once in our own language (not like another guy translating) and I apologize if my question is silly and if I am taking your time to educate me.
I have a question if I do something like giving zakat for example if I do it for the sake of Allah subhana wa tahalla (excuse my spelling) and also to ease the persons suffering is it shirk in that case? Of course God is the one who put the intetion in my heart but I don’t have the clear picture.

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious and Most Merciful وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ إِلَّا تَفْعَلُوهُ تَكُن فِتْنَةٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَفَسَادٌ كَبِيرٌ And those who disbelieve are allies of one another, (and) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so [i.e. become allies, as one united block under one Khalifah (a chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world) to make victorious Allah's religion of Islamic Monotheism], there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism) and oppression on the earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism). 8: 73
