Of course, Peggy did a great job at lip syncing. The actress, Katey Sagal, use to sing backup for Bette Midler. The backup group were called, The Harlettes.
She also sang like half the songs on the Sons of Anarchy soundtrack. Of course her husband was the writer, director, producer.
Katie Segal doesn't get enough credit for her portrayal of Peggy.
Peggy had a sharp tongue much like Al. In the oddest of ways her and Al complimented each other. 😅
On the rare occasion that they teamed up against someone.
Their enemies didn't stand a chance. 😂

My favorite Peggy moment is when she corrupts Jim "The Healthiest Man in Chicago" Jupiter.

It was the best show on tv ever and I just wish that they would do it again.
They’re supposed to be doing a cartoon with the original cast doing the voices.
No you dont, they stuff up all the remakes. Better to just watch the original series and you cant cross lines with humour anymore without upsetting someone. Best they dont.

Katey used to do background vocals for Bette Midler. If you want to see her acting in drama, I highly recommend Sons of Anarchy . Great show. One of your fellow Brits, Charlie Hunnam, played her adult son. Great as always guys. Thanks and Peace ✌ to you both.
A lot of the music from Sons of Anarchy was done by Katey Segal and her band. Not all the songs but quite a few. She is a really talented actress and singer. I love her in Married With Children as well as Futurama.
Sons of Anarchy is Hamlet with bikes, very worth your time gentlemen

Speaking of VCRs:
Sex is a big electronics motivator. Most dads didn't want to spend money on a VCR (until some guy at work told them that they could rent adult movies)
DVD players. Why should we buy a DVD player when we have a VCR? (until some guy at work told them that they could rent high definition adult movies)
Same for cable tv. Why should I pay for tv when it's free? (until some guy at work told them HBO and some "hot channels" showed rated R and rated single X movies could be seen on cable tv.)
Same for the internet. Why do we need a computer and the internet? (until some guy at work told them that they could download porn from the internet.)
If it weren't for porn, we would barely be getting around to finally getting a VCR right now.
Dads don't want to spend money.......unless there is some porn involved.
You havnt seen Sons of Anarchy?
Make it a priority.
I has one slow season, I think its 3 or 4, the rest is absolute master class.
I had alot of dealings with the outlaw biker clubs in my past.
Whoever made SoA did their home work, cuz its eerily realistic.
Ofc they have exaggerated some things and there is ALOT more shooting at each other than there is in real life but that comes with the territory.
You cant make a drama show that hooks peple if they spend 4 episode just sitting an planing stuff.
Every single actos in the show gives an A+ perfomance.
Its so well done you sometimes forget its not real life.
And Im not gonna tell you what is, in case you decide to watch it, but the core of the story is not what youd expect.
It doesnt revolve around "we are bada$$ outlaws, we do what we want and fakk anyone who stands in our way".
Those things ARE in the show. ofc they are cuz thats IS a part of that culture.
But the main story has nothing to do with that.
It actually really profound and and kinda paradigm shifting.
Its probably a top10 show of all time.
Top20 at the very least.
Objectively speaking, how well made itnd written it is.
The story is not 100% unique, there are a coulpe (not many thos) who has done similar things.
But not in this way
I *_very_* strongly recommend you watch it.

My favorite Peggy moment was her exchange with Al after he asked her why she bought a moose head at a yard sale.

Yeah, it's weird to remember that back in the 80s Oprah was not yet the cultural icon she is today.
In those days she was just another sleazy daytime talk show. Her show didn't become more... mainstream? I guess is the right word... until the 90s.
My dad used to think she was so attractive. I dont get it.
