Sadly this is how 99% of long distance drivers drive in Ghana. This is even mild. The speed is low and it's day time. They do it at Top Speed at Night 😢 Just terrible. If you're an innocent driver in the opposite lane, it just takes the Grace and Mercy of God 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💜
He cannot be arrested. But he can be sanctioned. Take away his license for a period of time, pay a fine and let him take a refresher course. In a reputable company, he will lose his job.
