That’s a real eye opener! I use Keynote occasionally for backgrounds and titles for use in Final Cut Pro X but didn’t realise it had this capability. Thank you for this amazing demonstration!
Gary, Thank you for all of the videos you provide on all things Apple. They are clear, concise and easy to follow, but even more important appeal to newbies and those that have been in the Apple Ecosystem for a while. Really appreciate you!
What an absolutely cool effect for a presentation. I like the idea of combining a video effect with a presentation. I always like doing movement style effects within KN. I can't wait to try this out.
I'm still amazed 😱 this is my 3rd consecutive time watching this tutorial with a big huge smile on my face 😁 I have already subscribed to your channel🔝
Very helpful- thanks. How do you reset the advanced image fill box to its default grey? Once it is populated with an image, I can't remove that image and can only replace it with another image. But I want to use the grey texture as you did in this video. Thanks
Sir good wishes from India. I am trying to edit short video clip in which I want some fast cut in frame with audio wave pattern. Please make tutorial on it.
@@macmost I want to cut out the hidden object and then have the object scale big to show where it is. I have a pic of an iPhone kinda in an awkward location and was planning on using a technique discussed in another video to make a search box and say can you find the cell phone? After a delay of a few seconds show where it is
@@taraisaacs8965 It will take a lot of work. You'd want to cut out the object in an image editing app, then add it to the iMovie project as a picture-in-picture, then use animation keyframes to make it get bigger. Lots of different techniques combined. See ruclips.net/video/cSviJFKRpb0/видео.html
Man this is the most underrated channel in RUclips history.
Absolutely amazing Gary. iMovie is so much more professional as a result of what is possible with Keynote AND your input. Thanks.

Grate video! Thank you for you work!
Well here we learned to move the text behind something in still images, but is the same thing available behind something in a video?
Not really. Well it is, but it would be far more difficult and you wouldn't be able to do it in iMovie.
Incredible Work 👍
Thanks for this video! One of your best 👍

Can a technique like this be used to reveal a hidden object?
Not sure what you mean, but try the technique out for yourself to learn it and then try to apply it to your need.
