Docs reveal more on care facility assault suspect

We are digging into records linked to a man who is accused of sexually assaulting an elderly woman at a senior living facility in Scottsdale.
As it turns out, those were not the only accusations Gabriel Garcia Jr. was facing. FOX 10 Investigator Justin Lum has more.

Same guy, maybe... Just a few years ago, Sierra Vista. R kit performed with positive conclusion. He was fired, and not sure if anything else happened as far as charges.

sierra vista should have pressed charges. thats sickening. this is why he got away with it, he did once.

@@meenamusallam Agreed but this was sort of how things are done in that industry. They fire them and make them someone else's problem, no charges out of fear of getting sued or just easier to sweep under the rug. The woman was in her late 80's I think, alzheimers. Her son was livid and vocal and had some resources, then poof whole thing sort of died down.

@@meenamusallam I don't know which is worse... They may have prosecuted him. He might have served a couple of years and then was deemed 'safe for society', right back out to re offend. There is no consideration for mental illness in our justice system outside of 1st degree charges. Whether or not it's the same guy, that one needs to spend a day with a shrink being diagnosed. These people can't be cured, they can't be released.. ever.

@@Aquarius77-220 No, this was a lady in her 80s. I remember something about that one, the birth, and the family kept the baby? I don't remember where it was though.
